Hotel staff are welcoming and super helpful. Property is conveniently located near IESE business school with restaurants and convenience stores within 10-12 minutes walking distance. Downtown restaurants, beaches and sights are easily accessible by taxi - no different than staying in the busy (and more costly) downtown business districts. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautifully manicured with mature trees and green landscapes.
Breakfast and bar service is very lovely. Staff helped us with reservations for top restaurants, sightseeing suggestions, cab rides and even a nearby clinic for my Covid antigen test. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel property with top service and a boutique feel near the city and business school.

Stayed at countless hotels in my life, but never before did I feel so much at home as I did when staying with Sara and Oscar. You can clearly see that this place is managed and run by the owners; without exception you are overwhelmed by kindness and positive energy. Ironically this hotel gave me exactly what AirBnB claims to provide: meet and hang out with locals! Sara, Oscar, thank you so much for being amazing hosts, caring about details, being damn funny and humorous and going all the way to make your guest's stays unforgettable! Also, thanks to the whole team; small details made me smile every day (e.g. when I forgot to hang my suits or shirts, your team folded my clothes or put them back into my closet)! Please continue being amazing and let me know whenever you're in Hamburg, so I can be a good host for once as well ;) Jonas

Sansi Pedralbes is a charming little hotel. Perfectly located in a beautiful, green, and elegant neighborhood, it makes you feel safe and very comfortable. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and very comfortable as well - every tiny detail has been taken care of - if you need anything, there's a good chance you'll find it in your room. It's clear that the staff pays great attention to every detail and often introduces unconventional things. And speaking of the staff, I have never encountered such polite and helpful people in a hotel before. Sometimes you even get the feeling of a family atmosphere. So if you're looking for a peaceful place to relax in a beautiful environment, I highly recommend it.

Amazing property located in one of Barcelona’s finer communities and within walking distance to the center of town with easy public transport access.
The properties modern amenities ensured a positively European experience.
What separates this property from most is the staff. Led by Sara & Oscar, the property staff were attentive to every request. Their unsolicited interest in providing a morning cafe coupled with interest in my days events made my stay memorable.
Can’t wait for a return visit to Barcelona and the Hotel Sansi Pedralbes!

The welcome was wonderful First Room had water coming from the ceiling. Room was changed after a while. Second Room had no working shower. Was not solved the next day. Had a convenient night only after 2 fully miserabel ones. Was offered drinks as a guesture.
Upon checkout I was told to pay all nights without any discount and even the drinks were charged.
Absolutely unacceptable.
With problems like this, neither the friendliness nor the good breakfast help…

I can rate this venue as one of the top 10 experiences not because of room size or facilities but for its amazing team. The Sansi Pedralbes is a 4 star hotel located on hilltop with stunning views in Barcelona's richest and safest neighbourhood. The owners and its professional staff are the 5th star. As a corporate traveller, it is not unusual to have the best room or view but being treated as a family member is rare and invaluable in the modern Hotel industry.

We were only at this hotel for around five hours, having been allocated two rooms due to a technical problem on our return flight. Both the staff member who dealt with us at 0100 and the gentleman who sorted us a coffee and a snack before our taxi back to the airport were really very helpful. Our rooms were extremely comfortable and well appointed, with a lovely bathroom, very clean and inviting. I would definitely return to this hotel for a longer stay as the area looked well worth exploring.

Arriving late in Barcelona, we struggled to find a nice hotel near the airport. Out of the darkness, we see the glow of Hotel Sansi Pedralbes. The gentleman at the front desk was quick to greet us. We didn't have a reservation but were told it was not a problem. He went to our car and reparked it for us and carried our luggage in. Our room was amazing. After unpacking, we went back and asked for a place to dine. He took us next door and found us an english speaking waiter. Outdoor dining and great food. Even more awesome was the next morning after breakfast, we asked directions to AP7. Another great guy said he would get his scooter and we would follow him. He drove ahead of us 6 to 8 blocks and stopped at the on ramp to AP7 and wished us a good day as we drove away. Who does that?

I stayed here for a week in October. A great location, very quite, and near restaurants. A fantastic breakfast is available hot, cold, and freshly prepared. The rooms are lovely with. Very comfortable bed. The service is amongst the best I’ve ever experienced.

Fantastic hotel and staff. My daughter and I were sent here when our early morning flight home was cancelled. They were meant to be closed for their own holiday, but opened for us and others. All of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help us. Both the room and bathroom were large, very clean and lovely with a Japanese vibe. The bed was massive and so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, you feel calm and relaxed the minute you walk in. Just check that it is in the right location for you if sightseeing.
