What a great hotel with the best service. The reception I got was surprising since I arrived 2 hours before scheduled checkin. Was greeted with a glass of wine on entry and was able to go directly to my room.
Oscar and the whole staff was wonderful. Breakfast great and we were well taken care of the whole time. One of my all time favourite.
Stayed for three days and found the hotel efficient, clean, with excellent wifi, lovely breakfast and extremely friendly and helpful. After a long walk in the Barcelona heat Oscar was waiting at the door of the hotel with an ice cold bottle of water… that is the level of service you can expect.

First Room had water coming from the ceiling.
Room was changed after a while. Second Room had no working shower. Was not solved the next day. Had a convenient night only after 2 fully miserabel ones. Was offered drinks as a guesture.
Upon checkout I was told to pay all nights without any discount and even the drinks were charged.
Absolutely unacceptable.
With problems like this, neither the friendliness nor the good breakfast help…

Hotel staff are welcoming and super helpful. Property is conveniently located near IESE business school with restaurants and convenience stores within 10-12 minutes walking distance. Downtown restaurants, beaches and sights are easily accessible by taxi - no different than staying in the busy (and more costly) downtown business districts. The neighborhood is peaceful and beautifully manicured with mature trees and green landscapes.
Breakfast and bar service is very lovely. Staff helped us with reservations for top restaurants, sightseeing suggestions, cab rides and even a nearby clinic for my Covid antigen test. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hotel property with top service and a boutique feel near the city and business school.
From the very first moment, it was special experience. Very earm wellcome, always smiling faces, focus on your comfort. Never seen such lovely receptionalists, definetely exceptional and nice. Room with high comfort. Silent environment with nice restaurant options around. Delicious breakfast.
