What a great hotel with the best service. The reception I got was surprising since I arrived 2 hours before scheduled checkin. Was greeted with a glass of wine on entry and was able to go directly to my room.
Oscar and the whole staff was wonderful. Breakfast great and we were well taken care of the whole time. One of my all time favourite.

I stayed at the Sansi Pedralbes for a one week business trip and it was a pleasure. The hotel is family owned and all the team members are exceptionally nice. It lies in a very quiet area of Barcelona next to the Monastery and two Business Schools. I liked the relaxing spirit. Breakfast and service were top! I sure will be back. Thanks to the team.

I will have to agree with all of the other reviews. The staff here are spectacular and this hotel should be a case study for other hotels worldwide.
I arrived early on a Sunday to a very friendly and helpful staff, who accommodated me and allowed me to check in (and thus take a nap) before giving me a ton of tips on how to get around. The hotel is located out of the centre of the city, which was fine as I was ultimately attending IESE for a meeting (and it is a 5 minute walk up the hill).
Returning back, I was greeted by other staff, and in total probably had noteworthy interactions with 5 or 6 different staff members, all of whom remembered me and I feel were the type of people who genuinely were keen on helping the customers.
I happened to be on the city bus with one of the staff who talked to the driver to make sure to let me off near a restaurant i wanted; some shared various insights into seeing the city (and went to the effort of walking out of the hotel to show me where to go, etc.).
A staff member from IESE informed me that a lot of his colleagues stay at the hotel and they have always had a high opinion of the hotel, which does not surprise me.
In terms of the hotel itself, it is quite modern and very clean. The room was nice and again very clean, with a nice decor - the bathroom was also quite nice and had a good array of amenities.
The breakfast was tasty and on one of the days was made to order; the other was buffet but both were nice.
The tourist bus (double decker) comes quite close and stops at the monastery (about a 3 minute walk), which is very handy. Numerous city buses stop across the street and go to the Placa Catalunya (downtown Barcelona) in about 30 minutes; the metro station is about 15 minutes walking away and you can take the bus there as well. The airport is not terribly far away, as it is also on the west side of the city.
Overall, this is a great hotel option and certainly hope to be staying here again in the spring!

This is a very comfortable Barcelona hotel with nice rooms. What stood out was the service. We have stayed in very few if any hotels with such an exceptional staff - they were always attentive, helpful with any questions about the city, friendly and made this nice stay a fantastic experience. We cannot say enough about how wonderful they were.

Hotel is located in the suburb, very close to IESE business school - it was not a difficult bus, metro or taxi ride with a short walk to get to the main Barcelona attractions, about 30 minutes on average. Quiet neighborhood but easy to get downtown.

The Sansi Pedralbes is a decent, businessperson's hotel located in an upmarket part of Barcelona. Reception boasts extremely good looking women who are charming, helpful and English speaking. The rooms are fine with good wi-fi. My only complaint would be that I think that one English speaking movie channel and, perhaps, an English speaking sports channel on the TV would not be too much to ask for. 5 days of Sky News is a bit much!!!
Breakfast is OK without being spectacular and lunches looked to be very good. The hotel is a little removed from the hotspots of Barcelona, but taxis are readily available. A walk to the nearest shops/restaurants would take about 15 minutes (to Diagonal Street). Coming back may take a little longer as it is mostly uphill.
I don't know about value for money as the company paid, but I expect the cost would be on the high side.

A lovely secluded area near the Monastir de Pedralbes in Barcelona. Adjacent to the Real Club de Tenis. Stayed while at the Barcelona Open. Staff magnificent, could not be more helpful, breakfast excellent (if a little on the expensive side). Room had a makeover since last stay, excellent as well. Overall, a great experience repeated. Well worth it.

Stayed here with my father on a trip to catch some football, the hotel staff were more than friendly, the rooms were clean and cosy, spa was brilliant as you book to use it for 90 mins exclusively and the ambience was very relaxing with lighting etc, food could be improved but overall I had a very pleasant stay, walking distance to the camp nou.

Found this hotel a little hard to find when driving but in a beautiful area of Barcelona and near the Monastir de Pedralbes. Beautiful setting however and all staff a delight! Reception was more like a data exchange - how did you get on? - where did you eat? was it good? etc. Great interactions. Car would not fit in the garage so they said, park it here - in the entrance area!!!

Rooms great, may be a little cluttered with the bed "accessories" but brilliant bathroom and everything that could be required there.

Breakfast was excellent as well with some new takes on scrambled eggs.

Overall, an absolute delight and we will be back......
