We have been there on a family sightseeing-trip including a Disneyland-day. The staff was very warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean, just perfect. And last but not least the hotel is situated next to a metro station from where you can get everywhere in the city center within minutes and to Disneyland within about 1 hour. Full recomendation!

This is a nice medium sized hotel.
It is located very close to a metro on three lines, fifteen minutes south west of the Eiffel Tower, and in an area with a lot of cafes, bars and small restaurants.
Les Invalides was about 20 minutes on foot, and arc de triomphe, louvre and more are all within an hour walk. But as said, the Metro offers lots of options.
Equally important, it was just one change on the train from CDG for 10 euros.
It has a nice entrance, just as well as the receptionist took an age on the phone. but the room was nice, decent size with excellent aircon. A shame many of the TV channels were not able to pick up a signal, including the BBC news. I don't really watch TV but it's nice to have some noise.
Breakfast was decent, with ham, cheese, pastries and (depending who was on duty) eggs and bacon. Sadly the server on one of the days was struggling, unable to restock, not offering the extra options, or clearing tables.
24 hr hot drinks available for free, and on checkout it was easy to leave bags, and they offered water without asking, a nice touch. They also did something extra for a birthday on request.
Overall pleasant stay, decent price for location and worth visiting.

In front of La Motte-Picquet Grenelle metro station, which allows you to visit all Paris in no time! My family (in 2 rooms) and friends (in one room) were recommended Hotel Tourisme Avenue by a friend due to its location and services. Our friend was absolutely spot on. There is a metro stop right outside the hotel for easy access to get to the main train station. We stayed 3 nights (my friends stayed 6). This hotel had great service from our check-in to check-out. The lady who checked us in ensured that we were made aware of breakfast hours and ensured we had a map of the area. Receptionist Arsene also assisted us in making reservations for our transport to CDG. We did not speak French, so we were grateful for all the staff being able to communicate to us. Loved breakfast each morning at 7:00 a.m. Consisted of scrambled eggs, meats, breads, yogurt, apple sauces, jams, cheeses, etc. My son and I asked for twin beds, and they were absolutely comfy each evening. We cannot express enough the easy access Hotel Tourisme Avenue is to all of the sites. Loved it when the Eiffel Tower "twinkled" at sunset that we were able to view it and only be a few minutes walk from our hotel. We walked (and walked and walked) our entire 3 days there. Very convenient. On the morning of our departure (a Sunday), we loved the fact that there was a fresh market that had set up just outside the hotel. We will certainly recommend Hotel Tourisme Avenue to our friends and family and will most certainly return here again when visiting Paris.

First of all the hotel is located 5 min walk from the Eiffel tower and two steps from the metro, so location really cannot be faulted (unless you mind hearing the metro in the nighttime in your room). The reason why I can only give 3 stars is because when we arrived, there were ongoing refurbishment work from 9 am every morning mon-fri right opposite our room, the hotel did not inform us of any work being done nor did they offer a different room away from the work, if I have to listen to drills and hammers from 9 am with no discount/heads up the hotel cannot get a better rating than average. The central air conditioning, which worked well, made a constant noise as most of them do, but this noise really got to my head and made me sleep with ear plugs.. so getting a good nights sleep was a challenge. Also, one of the maintenance personnel entered our room without knocking while were inside, that was really lacking in professionalism... Other than that, the hotel was actually very nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming, if I had assurances that no work is taking place and that I don't have to listen to the high pitch ringing of the air con, I would return again.

Myself and my friend had the pleasure of staying in this hotel in November 21 .
Everything was spot on , rooms absolutely spotless , beds very comfortable, staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful, and the location was perfect short walk from the Effiel Tower, starbucks and bakery next door , street lined with shops, restraunts and cafes and bars and the metro outside the front door . Highly recommend!

had a really nice stay here for 4 nights. Room was really clean and comfy, we had a 'business room' which was quite small for two people but not a problem. had a fridge shower, heated toilet seat... and Air con in the room. Can faintly here the nearby metro station but we didnt really notice it that much in the end. The staff were brilliant and really polite. Breakfast was typical of a continental hotel, breads, cheeses some hot food like sausages and eggs with hot drinks machine too.
In terms of location we found this to be a fantastic place to be as you are near the Metro station La Motte Piquet Grenelle which can take you to most places in the city. You are also a literal 10 minute walk from the eiffel tower and the restaurants and bars along the same road as the hotel are also really good for food.
the only thing I would mark the hotel down for was when checking out I had paid for a 'romantic package' which I had to pay for but the staff member decided to say out loud, not the most romantic way to end.
Overall I would stay here again for sure due to the cleanliness and location.

The hotel is near: the metro, the taxi stop, starbucks, mcdonalds and many restaurants! You can also go to the wiffel tower walking. The room is well sound isolated, there is an amazing washing toilet and you can make coffe, chocolate or tea by yourself in your bed! a perfect hotel!

I recently spent a week at this hotel, and I very much appreciated the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. They went out of their way to ensure I felt at home and every need was satisfied. I asked for a room change after my first night, and they were incredibly obliging, even sending me a personalized note apologizing for the fact I wasn't 100% satisfied with my original room! (wow...). I wouldn't necessarily advise this hotel for the business traveller (although it worked for me) - but it seems perfect as a 'base' for a Paris tourist. The rooms (I tested two!) were clean and nicely equipped, albeit a little small (likely the 'norm' in the heart of Paris). I have stayed in many many hotels in Europe, and I'm happy to give these guys a recommendation for their level of service to a weary traveller...

We would definitely stay here again. Even before arrival the hotel staff sent helpful information such as transportation to the hotel and places to eat nearby. The room was clean and modern. The location is ideally located next to a metro stop and within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower.

We researched a lot before choosing this hotel for our family trip last week. We stayed 2 nights and cost us about $1050 USD. That is quite expensive in USA terms however for convenience it was well worth it. (I believe this would be the equivalent of a premium or suite room in the US). The room was spacious for France standards - we had 3 adults and 1 child. The beds were 4 twin size beds pushed together to make 2 full size beds. That's the one thing I did not like as it made it very uncomfortable if you got too close to the middle. There was a mini fridge, desk area/vanity with 2 chairs. The closet space was ample! The bathroom was alright. I think we had a handicap accessible room because there was no tub. And the shower just had a curtain to separate it from the rest of the bathroom. You have a thermostat in the bedroom that you can control. The air conditioning worked AMAZING.
The hotel offers free coffee/hot chocolate and fresh croissants (both regular and chocolate) in the lobby all day. They also have breakfast for 15 euro per person but we did not partake in that so I can not comment on what kind of food was available.
The Eiffel tower doesn't sparkle until 11pm so we got back to the hotel one evening around 1130 to find that it was locked but when we rang the bell someone came out in 1 minute, verified our room keys and up we went. This is a safety feature I very much appreciated.
The location was spectacular. 15 minute walk to the base of the Eiffel tower. Located in front of a metro station, and across the street from a bus stop. There is a McDonalds across the road for your picky eaters, as well as a Monoprix for any last minute or unexpected necessities.
The only negative is we stayed on the first floor (due to my mother in law who has mobility issues) and you can hear/feel the train when it passes. It was slightly bothersome but not enough to keep you awake the entire night.
Overall we would stay here again if we needed accommodations for more than 3 people.

The water in most of Europe is safe to drink and actually tastes very good.
I don’t remember seeing a bar on site. But there’s a small breakfast place inside.
