We stayed for 3 nights for our anniversary. The hotel is managing things well with regards to minimising risk of Covid-19.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the breakfast room was well managed and the room was a good size with tea and coffee making facilities, a small fridge and a safe. Housekeeping were friendly. A complimentary bottle of water was in the room on arrival so we assumed we would get a bottle each day. This didn’t happen although when we asked housekeeping they did replace it with no hassle. With 40 degree + temperatures outside it would have been preferable to just provide guests with water each day without having to ask.
Location is good about 10 minutes walk to the metro and tram. We used Uber to and from the airport which was around €15 and 20mins.
The only area for improvement would be the swimming pool. Due to the high temperatures it was in high demand and we were surprised to see so many people in it with no system in place to monitor capacity. As masks don’t need to worn in the pool many people were lounging around in it rather than actually swimming. We had to book a table for breakfast and feel it would be have been sensible to have a similar policy for the pool. This would stop people spending all afternoon there. We didn’t get to use it in the end as didn’t feel comfortable with the number of people.
The gym was closed when we stayed.

This was a very nice and spacious hotel. It’s also closed to shops and restaurants. The rooms were larger in size (similar to American style) and the amenities are wonderful — especially the pool. I also found the staff very accommodating.
There is a supermarket and mini mall next door where you can buy grocery items and inexpensive fast food.

I stayed here for 2 nights for the Seville marathon. It was ideally located around 15mins walk from the starting line area. A very spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. My 2nd time at an NH hotel and they never fail to disappoint. Lots of hanging space for clothes, there was even hair conditioner in the bathroom! Good tea/coffee making facilities. The location is quite far from the main old town centre by the cathedral, but easily walkable in around 20-30mins. My only complaint was that the room was very warm and the aircon did not seem to be working well, I opened the window at night but the busy road outside made it impossible to sleep, although on my second night I slept like a baby - I must have been very tired from the marathon!

I was very disappointed to discover that a member of housekeeping had taken €50 euros from my friends room! My friend had left the money on his desk and the next time he entered, a member of housekeeping was in his room and started accusing him of leaving his door open in a very unpleasant manner. She then said someone must have walked in and taken the money. My friend decided to take this issue to reception. He received a sheet of recordings for every time the door was opened using the keycard provided. The sheet proved that the member of housekeeping had used her card to enter the room even though she said “the door was already open”? However, reception still didn’t find this evidence conclusive enough, and the manager told my friend he was wrong and that he “must have spent it the night before”. The conversation became very unpleasant, so much so that the manager walked out of reception and hid away in the staff only area?! This man is running a hotel! You can’t blank a client and walk away from something you don’t want to hear! After the struggle, my friend was credited €50 euros to spend in their restaurant, therefore they admitted liability. It’s a real shame because the hotel is very nice and the location is lovely.

Checked in just after midnight, staff on reception were very friendly and welcoming. Not long after check in they helped sort the air conditioning for a weary traveller. The location is a few minutes walk to the San Bernardo transport hub with tram, metro, bus and train services running into Seville city centre. Tram is a very pleasant 10 minute ride into the historic city centre. The bedroom had all the various amenities you would expect, the bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well during my 3 night stay. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, preferring instead to have breakfast at a nearby cafe. Overall I would recommend the hotel, particularly given it’s east access to the San Bernardo transport hub.

Our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant. We were greeted with a friendly receptionist who checked us in and provided details of the local area. There was a good selection for breakfast although limited options for those on a vegetarian diet such as ourselves. The location of the hotel was also good, and a walk away from the main attractions of the city however be prepared for longer walks. Despite this, we did not feel welcome as muslims by the receptionist Alberto. He had a blatant racist attitude and berated us. We tried to drop luggage off and mentioned a third friend who will also come to drop her bag off shortly. He responded immediately with “she isn’t here now, is Allah going to send her”. He also posed and said Namaste. There was no apology when confronted with his behaviour as his comments made us feel belittled and uncomfortable. We were very shocked as we had stayed in NH Collection Rome previously and did not face any issues. We will not be returning to this hotel for this reason.

NH Collection is a wonderful place to stay, clean, good buffet, staff are nice & friendly. It close to many things, food, grocery and easily located by taxi , costs 8 euros from mid part of Toro circle. I would stay here again. Staff have been friendly. Shout out to coffee maker Rosa at the buffet.

I stayed here for a business trip. The meetings took place here and I also accommodated here, so I had an overall experience.
Let me start with the room: it was spacious, comfortable but had nothing extra special. The hair dryer was not working, “please clean my room” signs were not very useful, even at 2 pm my room was not made even when I had put the sign. So, the room was only okeyish.
Meeting rooms were really not nice: yes there were tables, yes there were chairs, yes there were plugs but nothing else: no ambiance whatsoever which made the meeting experience quite displeasing.
The best part of the hotel was the food and beverage services. Breakfasts were rich and very satisfying, we had different lunch options set menu, cocktail type etc and they were all extremely delicious and good.
Last but not least the venue: it’s on the modern side of Sevilla and offers nothing similar to typical Sevilla.
In short, I would have preferred to stay somewhere more authentic.

Excellent attention and services. Everything in excellent condition, rooms and especially the beds are very comfortable. Excellent, varied and complete breakfast. The location is very accessible, both by public transport and by walking to the most important sites in the city.

The hotel claims it has a pool. It was closed. The outdoor terrace could not be used by ordinary guests due to private arrangements. The words from the website are overselling. The suite was good, not great, so we won't come back. The food in the restaurant was OK.

We arrived after 15 o’clock, we don’t know about the availability of the room , but you can request earlier checkin , and for sure they will do all they can to settle your request
