We were put up in this hotel by Vueling after a flight cancellation. Unfortunately, we were here for only a brief stay. The room was pleasantly decorated, clean with nice bathroom amenities. The front desk person did his best to process all the passengers and work out a bus schedule to the airport, but ultimately we had to take a taxi for an early morning pick up.
From the moment we stepped out of our taxi, the experience was amazing. Oscar, Sara and Javier were perfect hosts and were welcoming and attentive to our every need. I thoroughly enjoyed the few days we stayed there and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
Lovely accommodations and in a lovely area. The front desk staff went above and beyond to answer our questions. Very friendly and professional!
Bristol was close by as well as “hop on bus”. Shopping is great in this area. Easily walkable, but taxi service is arranged by front desk. Mostly coffee and breads for breakfast . There is a bit larger area but was only open 1 day.
Excellent services. Nice staff. The breakfast is simple but in terms of quality one of the nicest I had. The room is very clean and comfortable. I strongly recommend. It is located in a good neighborhood, but you have to walk a while to get to the closest metro station.
Fantastic hotel and staff. My daughter and I were sent here when our early morning flight home was cancelled. They were meant to be closed for their own holiday, but opened for us and others. All of the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to help us. Both the room and bathroom were large, very clean and lovely with a Japanese vibe. The bed was massive and so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel, you feel calm and relaxed the minute you walk in. Just check that it is in the right location for you if sightseeing.
