Nice hotel, very clean and well situated. Indoor parking but expensive. Room clean and spacious, bed comfortable. Staff very accommodating except the guy outside who forbid us to eat at the hotel table outside even if they were empty (and we were sleeping at the hotel that night)

As several others have written- this hotel seems to be a scam. We had a booking on booking.com for June 2024 and then I received multiple emails about my credit card being invalid. I phoned the hotel and they said all was in order, card is good and two days later my res is cancelled and they refuse to help and booking.com will not help either. Never had a problem with my card or booking.com before.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Confirmed booking was cancelled 2 weeks before stay.
The hotel cancelled my booking just 2 weeks before my travel, the booking was made almost 2 months ago and all my trip planning has been now ruined. The reason for cancellation they said was invalid credit card. I have provided the right details to them via Booking.com and sent multiple messages. No one responded to my messages.
The payment option was “pay at the property”. Then how can they cancel my booking 2 weeks before?
I also messaged them to offer the full payment now, no response from them.
They did not give me any option to pay for my stay.
I cannot re-book as the prices have gone up significantly from when I booked. It is the same for any other hotels now as I had planned and prepared my trip months ago.

SUPERB in every way!!! I can't say enough about this hotel. The hotel staff, Rodger in particular was amazing and helpful sharing his knowledge of surrounding areas. They welcome you and offer suggestions and are very accommodating. Got an upgrade to my room which was such a surprise and treat. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have all the amenities. The beds are very comfortable and the linens are soft and high quality. I did not have the breakfast, but it look fantastic, with a ton of choices for any foodie. It is a great location and easy to access all parts of Barcelona. The neighborhood is quiet with great tapas around the corner. I would stay here again and hope to be back.

It was clean, and the customer service was adequate. Although small, it was near a lot of sushi places and different kinds of cuisines. The breakfast was a little disappointing however, in terms of variety and taste but overall a good experience.

Nice location even if a bit noisy . It's in a residential area with things/places that are very walkable. The room had had nice king size bed. Showers are goofy in Europe as is this one with a plastic pane for the shower . Hair dryer is just ok. Room was cold at night but we were given a room heater. Heat is turned off in November. The one thing I really appreciated was excellent front desk help. Breakfast not included ,but is a nice variety.

his is really the worst hotel in the world. This is my first time when I reversed to the hotel and pay during the stay. But they sent me an email saying that we have a problem with the card being invalid. I believe that it is a valid card. Finally, they wrote to me that it was okay. And then after 24 hours and they canceled the hotel for no reason. I asked the hotel directly why they canceled the hotel? and they wrote to me that yes, that they canceled what I did, but in reality I was nothing, they can't blame me. I never go to that hotel anymore.

Very nice, modern hotel. Extremely nice staff too and very helpful. The rooms were quiet. Well supplied. The breakfast they offered was buffet style. Plenty of food and they kept the dining room clean

Horrible experience. Booked through Booking.com 4 months prior to my planned trip. Was notified 5 weeks before that they had a problem verifying my VISA, and cancelled the booking from their side. I called the hotel, and they front-desk told me they cannot do anything, it is their software. And could not re-book, I had to write, but did not hear back.
Reading more reviews this is happening to a lot of visitors. Guessing these rooms will be rebooked at a better rate for the hotel. Had to find another hotel, which so close to the dates is 50% more expensive in average.

We got the upgraded room, so they got us the balcony! We got everything in our room; from the toiletries to Safebox. It is indeed a Peaceful location there’s not much restaurants nearby though.
The staff are all Friendly, superb!

Bring the universal adapter. We got ours from Amazon. While there use their blow dryer. I automatically used mine which was too powerful for their circuits. Blew it up. Very very accommodating front desk. Will supply just about anything you need. Off topic but the little bakery on the corner is perfect for breakfast
During the day time it seems safe and I had no bad feeling. Night time ,I prefered to use metro and bus to turn back to Hotel. But the locations where are closer to the Hotel, like restaurant,bars .. I walked there and didnt have bad expericence
It was about 15 minutes in a taxi, but the A1 and A2 airport buses stop right outside the door, are air conditioned and much cheaper. Hope this helps
