This is our second stay at this hotel and is likely to be our future third stay-at-home due to its location (next to train/metro/bus transport hub), proximity to no-fuss restaurant/entertainment/supermarket/off-licences, and excellent quality accomodation- especially if you stay on the 5/6th "executive" floors, where they provide within the floor lobby fresh fruit juices, fruit, water, coffee.
And did I mention the brilliant roof top pool and bar?
The only negative is that the air conditioning in the rooms could be a little more silent, and that the room can heat up rapidly during the summer months to become very warm (without air con switched on from early morning, for example).

Stayed 2 nights pre and post a cruise from Barelona
Staff freindly and helpful
The hotel is quiet and in a mainly residential area of the city. Only some of the rooms have been upgraded- booked a double got a twin on both occassions
The air-conditioning was almost non existant, making the room stuffy, (opening the window give you the privilalge of listening to traffic on a major road)
Bar food very limited menu- Breakfast at E13 seemed expensive
Tapas and better priced food available at local cafe/taverna - 1 block away
Walking distance ( 5mins) to the Barcelona Underground station

We were welcomed by the manger who was really nice and we stayed in a double room which was really clean. The breakfast was good at we eat by the bar which was really nice. The hotel is in a great location and is easily accessible to trains and buses

Its lovely to be received by a wide smile, everything was ready for check in upon our arrival.
Our rooms were good, the triple room was a bit crowded but was OK
We spent two nights in the hotel and had a busy schedule that did not allow us to use the pool,neither to try the food.
One night we wanted to drink tea,so we headed to the bar and asked for tea with green mint,and to my surprise the bar attendant opened a well folded cloth that contained fresh green mint and prepared our tea with a big welcoming smile.
The hotel is clean, comfortable and welcoming.its staff make it special.
