During the day time it seems safe and I had no bad feeling. Night time ,I prefered to use metro and bus to turn back to Hotel. But the locations where are closer to the Hotel, like restaurant,bars .. I walked there and didnt have bad expericence

We walked around the neighborhood but not far.

I think is safe but is too far for me to tell you if is safe after you leave that area. Taxi is the best way if you are going to return late.

Not sure exactly where that is. But we walked from the hotel to Sagrada Familia, about an hour walk. We did this starting around 4pm their time. We felt completely safe the entire time. We saw so many families out walking. I live near Toronto, Ontario and felt just as safe there, if not more so. It's also very clean.

If you have time I do recommend going to see Sagrada Familia. You don't have to buy tickets to go in, its spectacular from the outside.

We have walked to the harbour, park guel and ramblas. Mostly during the day but also to restautants in a wide range arround the hotel during the evening and never had a negative experience.
