Munich Tours offers Munich City Walking Tours and excursions to places of scenic and cultural interest in the Region. Our fascinating and entertaining walking tour of Munich includes the famous Glockenspiel and Hofbräuhaus, Munich’s Nazi past, Schwabing and the English Garden, and modern Munich’s place in enterprise and innovation. Also, there will be some sober stories about beer! Then consider getting outdoors for a hike or walk in the nearby Bavarian Alps, or experience a day trip from Munich to the beautiful Lake Starnberg and other beautiful and interesting destinations. We had an amazing time touring for four days with Julian. We had the perfect mix of history and culture. We learned so much and a solid friendship developed over the four days. Any questions we had were answered including advice on the balance of our trip. Julian was kind, funny, informative and genuine. I highly recommend Munich Tours if looking for that personal experience.

Julian is an excellent tour guide who really catered to the needs of our group. Our visit to Neuschwanstein was enhanced by Julian giving us information on all things relating to Germany. We were able to get answers for so many questions we had about German history and culture. If you are wanting a guide that is knowledgeable, an effective communicator, and willing to adapt plans to the desires of a group, Julian is your man!

We had a fantastic city tour in the heart of Munich thanks to Julian's exceptional planning and guidance. Despite travelling on business with a group of over 30 people, the whole experience was seamless, reflecting Julian's thorough preparation and flexibility. The booking process was not only accommodating but exceptionally friendly. We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an engaging exploration of Munich, whether you're a small group or a large gathering.

Julian was an excellent guide, taking the group on a fantastic tour of Munich. Very knowledgeable and insightful throughout. This experience was one of the highlights of the weekend in the city! Having the earpieces for everyone made it a very personal tour too.

Munich Tours was the most outstanding tour I have ever gone on, and let me tell you I travel a lot. Not only is Julian the most personable and kind guide, he really knows his stuff! I got much more out of this private tour than I would any other walking tour of Munich. Julian truly demonstrates his genuine love for the city, and I have to say I fell in love with Munich too. I loved it so much that when I returned to Munich a few years later with friends, I came back to Julian for another tour, and once again got my moneys worth and beyond. Couldn't recommend enough!!

We had the most extraordinary day touring with Julian. He is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and fun to to be with. If you want to learn about Munich's past , present and future, Julian's your guide. His English is also excellent.

I spent a day touring with Julian and had a wonderful experience. Julian went above and beyond to ensure I saw all of the highlights and added extras tailored to my interest. Really enjoyable day and a must do for anyone traveling to Munich.

Julian is an amazing tour guide. He met us at our hotel with lots of energy and excitement for a lovely walking tour. I appreciated the balance of sharing the hard history of Munich with exposing us with the beauty and culture of the city. We got lots of steps in that day too! If you're looking for an experienced guide with the ability to host a large or small group I would highly recommend touring with Julian!
