- S YMunich, Germany2 contributionsThe people who work there are unfriendly. They almost stare at you when you ask a question, they also changed our place in the middle of our game without giving any reason. In the second place the buttons were not working so we couldnt start the game.
The waiter came and asked when we will leave, even though we had paid for 2 hours and they should know it. There is also no wifi there and the phone coverage wont reach because it is in the basement. So you wont have reach with your mobile unless you go out of the place. Also because it's inside the city, it's packed in the weekends. So even if you're 2-3 people wanting to bowl in 1 lane, I advise you to reserve a lane. If you haven't reserved a lane, you get treated like dirt. It's sad, because they know they have enough business.
They have a small restaurant inside, so you can order drinks & food such as burgers & finger food. Don't expect anything over the top, but it's a good place to hang out & have some fun with your mates.
It would be such a better place if they treated the guests a bit better. Been here a few times, but won't be going again.
