We didn't know what to expect from Munich. Luckily, we decided to arrange a day with Katset!

Unlike most companies the owner Kat met us at our Hostel in the morning right on time to pick us up. From the start she was friendly and welcoming. Our day consisted of 2 different walks in the Bavarian Alps. One to Partnachklamn - which was an amazing gorge walk. The second around Walchensee - a breathtaking lake. Sadly we didn't get time to climb a full mountain as we only had half a day and wanted to see as much as we could. To help us get over that and knowing we loved beer (as we kept talking about it), Kat took us for the best beer in Munich (maybe even the world) to finish the day!

Overall we would highly recommend you booking a day with Katset. If you fancy yoga, cycling or hiking, she will make sure you get the best experience.

Thanks Kat - We had a blast!!

Went in this rock temple for a milonga, which is close to sacrilege, still the floor is good, and the music was nice. Dancers there (mostly average level) seem however to form some kind of insiders cast and are not that interested in visitors which is a pity.

It was by chance that I found Tangonautics in Munich and I booked a couple of trial lessons. It was absolutely great. Andi is an outstanding teacher who teaches you all the little things which make Tango such a wonderful enchantment. He is looking at the basics in the same measure as working with students on steps and combinations and he puts a lot of emphasis on musicality and the interaction between followers and leaders. Andi is very open minded and his teaching is very motivating.
If you want to move your Tango forward: give it a shot and check it out!

This event is a vibrant celebration of Salsa Cubana, Timba, Songo, Timbaton, and Son, featuring some of the most talented dancers I've seen.

What stood out for me was the incredible atmosphere. There's an infectious energy that makes it impossible not to get on the dance floor. The dancers, many of whom are familiar faces from their parties, are not just skilled but also very welcoming to newcomers. Whether you're a seasoned salsa enthusiast or just looking to try something new, you'll find yourself at home here.

Another big plus is the affordability. The drinks are surprisingly cheap, yet they don't compromise on quality. It's a refreshing change from other venues where drink prices can be exorbitant. Plus, with the presence of air conditioning, the environment remains comfortable throughout the night, which is a huge relief, especially on those warmer evenings.

The location is central, making it easily accessible.
