- Kathleen BVictoria, Canada550 contributions...the little teeny tiny change room. Seriously??? In a spa of this caliber? I was shocked. There is barely room to turn around. BUT the massage - the massage was one of the best ever. I fell asleep I was so totally relaxed! The steam room area is all co-od which it often isn't in North American spas.
The customer service was wonderful. If I stayed in the hotel, I would return to the spa,

I've been training there for 1,5 year and I can tell that it's getting better and better :) Really good coaches which are very experienced, workout plans are always varied and are made in a way that you can improve a lot. There is a weightlifting room downstairs for some serious business, fitness room upstairs, big outside area, Lots of different classes - mobility, kettle bell, weightlifting, endurance, fitness, partner workout class, now also classes for kids have appeared. - Michelle GPanama City Beach, FL6 contributionsI dropped in 4 times on our visit to Germany from West Virginia, USA! I cannot say enough good things about this box. Everyone, from the owners of the gym, the trainers, other crossfitters, and even the pup mascot welcomed me with open arms as if I had been going here my whole life. The workouts were tough, I left with a great sweat, and was sore the next morning, all the things I want out of a workout!
