The driver, Michael, was dressed in a sharp suit and made my boss feel like a true VIP from the moment he picked him up. The vehicle was spotless and had nice amenities. And the ride went well and had no problems whatsoever. My friends and I were traveling through Europe via train which was NOT ideal (for more than 4 hours) so last minute we found this website and decided to take a chance and book a van from Vienna to Krakow for later that day. They were EXTREMELY accommodating, were able to find us a driver within 30 minutes of our SAME DAY booking! We received a confirmation of the driver assignment as well as all his credentials, the car make model color and license plate. We rode with Igor who was so amazing, respectful, informational, and overall made 4 girls in their 20s feel extremely safe on our journey! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and ensures everyone in the group has a good time. Whether he’s sharing a story from his travels or serenading us between stops, you can tell he loves showing people around the area. I hope to visit Bavaria again and take another tour with Paul. - elizzzzz555San Francisco, CA19 contributionsWe had a WONDERFUL experience with Kia for our arrival and departure from Munich airport. I emailed the company ahead of the trip to set up a ride for big luggage and two small children, requiring different car seats for each. I received a quick response via email confirming our request.
We were greeted at the airport with a sign as we exited from the gates; our driver was so friendly; and he provided a large, clean, comfortable van, with several car seats and booster seats to choose from. It could not have been better.
For our return ride TO the airport was the same perfect service, with on time pick up for our ride.
I can't recommend this more highly! Price was better than Sixt's taxi service. And everything with Kia was impeccable.

Transfers from Munich airport to Augsburg and back worked to perfection.
