The ebikes were easy to get used to, we covered a lot of area quickly and once at each site, Mariana gave us the historical context. She also stopped at different spots en route to mention architectural highlights since she knew that was our main interest. Great day, great time. - Maureen42990 contributionsCapturing the beauty of Barcelona on a bike.This tour is a great way to cover alot of ground in a half day and learn not only about Gaudi, but about the history of the city, its distinct neighborhoods and its architectural highlights. This tour hit all of the sights one would want to see when visiting Barcelona, outside of the Gothic quarter. Our guide Alex took us into the heart of some of the quieter neighborhoods where Gaudi’s work was carried out. He did a great job explaining the city’s urban redevelopment following industrialization and then again as the host city of the 1992 Olympics. I highly recommend the e-bike option. There were some steady climbs through the city and a few wind tunnels that made the ride a lot easier.Written November 7, 2023
- flexa20150 contributionsLovely way to see a lot of the cityVery easy cycling on gear-less step through road bikes over flat but busy routes. Nearly all on cycle paths so felt safe. Alex was a really lovely well informed guide. He is a history teacher by profession and grew up in Barcelona, so he had lots of interesting information about the politics, the culture and the history of the city. Thoroughly enjoyable morning with lovely stop for lunch in a shady square.Written October 5, 2023

Gerardo was a fantastic guide, and had an amazing fund of knowledge about all things Gaudi. We really enjoyed the information that he shared with us, and would have missed so much if he had not been there to lead us. This was a really fun and unique way to experience the various Gaudi structures and to learn about Gauid's contribution to the world of art and to Barcelona.

Loved our tour with Alex, he was very informative and a pleasure to spend the day with. The e-bikes were perfect to get up to Park Gülle, wouldn’t have wanted to do that incline any other way! Great for for family of 4 with a 19 and 17 year old, would not recommend for younger kids. The biking is mostly on bike paths, but along traffic and traffic has to be crossed frequently. 10/10 would recommend and do again!

My family of four including 2 teenage boys loved this tour. The boys loved the electric bikes. Great quality Jeep bikes which have the option to peddle or use motor. Julio was a fabulous tour guide. He made sure we were all good with the bikes and was very knowledgeable about Gaudi architecture as well as general Barcelona history. He made the trip fun plus we all felt safe. We had a wonderful tour, learnt a lot and enjoyed ourselves x highly recommend.

This was an excellent tour. Oscar had a wealth of information to impart and was ready to answer many questions. He readily and intelligently discussed everything Barcelona and Catalonia. The bikes were easy to manage and Oscar navigated us through the busy Barcelona traffic with ease. The Gaudi houses and Park Guell were lovely to visit and seeing them all one day added an interesting perspective on the development of Gaudi’s style. The rooftop terrace was a great break and provided an opportunity for reflection and discussion. Highly recommend.

Our guide was excellent - very knowledgeable, flexible and fun. The bikes worked great and it was quite an adventure to make our way through the city up to the park and back. The biggest challenge was finding the store - some better signs might help.

Our tour guide was very accommodating to us. We saw many beautiful sites like Park Guell and other well know Gaudi buildings. We had a refreshing drink at a roof top restaurant and enjoyed the views of Barcelona.
