We just returned from a trip to Europe, which included spending a few days in Spain. Our first stop was Madrid, and we used Orange Donut Tours for a private tour, and it was so great! From the get-go, our experience was so easy. I emailed our request, and very quickly Aleksandra responded and provided us all the details we needed. She was very responsive throughout the entire planning period. On the day of our tour, our tour guide, Beatriz, and driver, arrived at the hotel to pick us up right on time. We had a larger group (8 people) and the company was able to accommodate us with a mini-bus that seemed to be brand new and was so nice (it really impressed my 11 year old son)! Beatriz was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, warm, and professional. She made sure we visited every spot on our list but also let us adjust as needed if we wanted to stop at extra places. My kids liked her so much they were hoping to run into her in every other city we visited! I would definitely recommend Orange Donut Tours!

I cannot express my appreciation enough for the professional character of this company. They went above and beyond to help us out when we had an unfortunate day of tour reschedule! Our Tour was exactly what we wanted! Anna and Roberto were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and proficient in understanding our likes and dislikes! They even helped us exchange currency and seek out an old book store at which we found a treasure of an old book! We loved learning about the city of Barcelona! Thank you again and if we ever get to come back to Barcelona we will definitely use their services!!!

We had a great tour with Orange Donut tours in Barcelona. Our guide (Toni) was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. The tour was customized so we could maximize the time and saw all the important sights we hoped to see in Barcelona!! Highly recommended!!!

Olga was the best guide. She was so knowledgeable and engaging throughout the entire experience. We enjoyed our whole adventure that was planned by Alekandra. The customer service was superior from start to finish. Answered all of my questions quickly, communicated throughout and followed up with needed info for the day off. Will recommend to my friends who will be traveling and look forward to trying their services out in other countries.

Our tour of the Tower of London was wonderful. Olga, our guide, was fabulous and had excellent knowledge of the Tower of London and London/England history. Olga truly made us feel that we had learned a bit about the history and culture of England. Will definitely recommond Orange Donut Tours to others that are travelling to Europe.

This was the first time my daughter and I were traveling to Paris. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and whisked away with our guide Katerina and our driver. It was a remarkable day to remember. We couldn't have asked for more, the guide was extremely knowledgeable on all the sites we visited and made sure we got great pictures with us in them. The driver navigated the streets well, we were never waiting for him, he was always nearby with the van kept cool because it was very hot that day. I had made the arraignments months in advance and Aleksandra was very helpful with setting up the perfect tour for our one day trip to Paris. Would highly recommend especially when it's only a one day trip and you want to experience everything.

We had a 13 hour layover in Madrid. Our guide and driver picked us up at the airport and took us on an amazing tour of the city. Andrea, with her degree in art and history, took us to all the sites and neighborhoods of Madrid explaining the city’s development over the centuries and the unique periods of each monarchy. We were a bit exhausted from our 7 hour overnight flight. Andrea made the tour so interesting and engaging that we were energized. We walked through beautiful squares. The driver and guide coordinated seamlessly as we navigated the various neighborhoods.

On 4.5 hour layover in Paris- while changing trains from Amsterdam to Barcelona, we had to cross town from Gare du Nord to Gare de Lyon. Orange Donut tours arranged a wonderful transfer and guide so we could see some highlights in our short time in the City. Sophie- our guide, and Karim- our driver, were absolutely wonderful "hosts". Their expert knowledge and navigational skills of the City allowed us to squeeze in a wonderful tour in a short amount of time. Thanks to both of them and Aleksandra at Orange Donut for a great time. We will certainly be in touch next time we are in town and hope to see much more!

This experience could not have been better. Due to some miscalculations on my part, we only had 6 hours in Barcelona after our Viking cruise. I arranged with Orange Donut to pick us up at the cruise terminal, give us a three hour tour of Barcelona and then deliver us to the airport no later than noon. Our tour guide, Ariadna, was masterful. In fact, half way thru our tour I asked if we were going to spend any significant time at the Basilica. She said that was not the plan, but if that’s what we wanted to do, that’s what we would do. We had both a guide and a driver, so we were able to get out of the van at the Basilica and see it up close for about an hour. Ariadna’s knowledge of the Basilica was outstanding and our driver navigated the insane traffic of Barcelona with ease. All of my correspondence relative to the tour were with Aleksandra and she was wonderful as well. My only regret is that there is not a rating higher than 5 stars. Orange Donut definitely exceeded my expectations.

A group of 100 plus recently enjoyed a tour of Paris, with lunch at the Eiffel Tower, a boat cruise on the Seine River, and a bus tour of the city. Our guides (Constantina, Katerina, and Carole) were fabulous! We had a late start from London, but they still managed to fit everything in and accommodated even 8 of our party who arrived on an even later train. I would highly recommend!
