Great little hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Was upgraded to a superior twin upon arrival quick was a nice surprise. The hotel looks quite small on the outside and we walked passed it twice due to the scaffolding outside but I'm sure it won't be there forever. The staff very very warm and welcoming and were only to happy to make sure you had an enjoyable stay. The hotel itself was very clean and the carpeted floor was a nice touch and different from the normal tiles in most Spanish hotels. The room we stayed in was decorated in a nice green and cream colour also so much nicer than the standard white. The beds were very clean and comfortable and felt fresh. The bathroom was a nice Size and there was shampoo and shower gel supplied. The room was also equipped with a kettle, safe and mini fridge which was handy for keeping the milk fresh and the beer cold. All in all I really enjoyed the stay and would definately stay again and recommend it to friends and family for a stay in the city. Other worthy notes to mention there are plenty of local supermarkets and places to eat. I'd recommend the hard rock cafe across the road but leave it till around 9 as they have live music. If shopping is your thing everything is within walking distance

I recently stayed at the hotel which was located in the heart of down town.
Location:
On the doorstep of many shops, cafes, and restaurants.
10 min walk to La Rambla and Gothic Qtr.
2 mins walk to the local metro and bus station- in the heart of the hustle and bustle.
Staff:
The staff members went above and beyond- special thanks to Frawcesco on the front desk. He went above and beyond and special thanks to Fanny who manages the morning breakfast service. She went above and beyond and was very attentive to ensure that my dietary requirements were met 'Vegan friendly;
Room:
The room was somewhat small however i expected that considering that the hotel is downtown.
Communal Areas:
The communal area (breakfast room) is very spacious and I was able to use this space throughout the week to work from there.
Great internet connection.

Excellent Hotel in the heart of Barcelona. 2 mins walk from Pl Cataluana Big rooms with comfortable beds The rooms ard equipped with a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Toiletries ard also provided. Although I did use if the Hotel provides meals for an xtra fee and has a lovely dining area on the first floor.there is also a terraced area with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. There are also secure luggage storage lockers should you need to store your before or after check in/out. Staff are super friendly and front desk is manned 24 hours. Really can't fault this place and have several times

Me and my friend had a great time in Spain. We love Barcelona. The hotel is in a great location, the breakfast is diverse, the front desk is working 24 hours a day, the staff is very kind and helpful, sharing a lot of information about the city, especially yixin. I would choose to stay again.

Stayed for a long weekend. Was upgraded to a roon with a view upon arrival. Rooms are spacious and equipped with a mini fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Beds are very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. Toiletries are provided which was a nice touch. Although we did not eat In the hotel the menu looked very good and prices reasonably for the city. The dining area was was clean and tidy and also had plenty of space to jusf sit and relax. There is also a court yard for sitting outside. We checked out at 12 but were catching a later flight and the hotel provided secure lockers for leaving luggage. The front desk was manned 24 hours a day and thd staff ard friendly and only to happy to be of service.it was our 3rd time to stag and would definitely use again

The room was so small that if you walked in front of the bed you bumped your head into the tv on the wall. The bathroom door was not functioning and I couldn’t close it, I called the reception and they send a person to fix the door but he couldn’t fix it, so I asked the receptionist for a room chance and she told me it wasn’t possible, then I found out that the carpet in front of the bathroom was soaking wet.

Amazing hotel in the centre of Barcelona, we were greeted with extremely friendly staff who made us feel completely welcome and at ease. The hotel was in a perfect location. They even upgraded our room! The room was lovely, very spacious, beds extremely comfy and hotel room in general was extremely clean. We had check out at 12:00pm but we weren’t getting picked up until 6:45pm by a taxi and were able to keep our luggage in lockers which was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend and would happily come to this hotel again if I’m ever in Barcelona.

This isn’t my first stay at the hotel and I assure you it won’t be the last. To start with, the staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. I would particularly mention Clara whom I met first upon arrival and Alexandra who was at the front desk in the last couple of days . Both girls are amazing helped me and my friend in literary everything we asked for, were responsive and attentive at the same time. Second, comes the location (which I was aware of beforehand since this is my second stay at the hotel) it is the most convenient location. Few steps from plaza catalunya, 3 mins to the Ramblas, a bus stop at the door, 2 metro stops 100 meters away. Shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife are right at your fingertips. Their rooms are simply furnished yet very comfortable and convenient. The bedding is great and the cleanliness is excellent. They have warned us before arrival that there is some construction nearby, however we weren’t really affected , thanks to the double glass we had in our room. Last but not least, I caught a bad cold at the end of the stay and decided to leave one day earlier, when I explained my situation, the staff were really considerate and their manager agreed to refund me for the night I canceled. I’m really very satisfied with my stay and would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family and for sure it will always be my place in Barcelona ❤️❤️❤️

Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Barcelona. The location is perfect, right next to one of the main squares where the open top tour buses go from and the aeroport bus, which is great!
The staff were always friendly and helpful and our room was ready early for check in which was a bonus!
The room was small for the price but we didn't need a large room and worked well for us! Comfy bed, great size bathroom and a big TV!

A great location and very handy if you are taking the Aerobus to the airport. We stayed just one night. The room was basic but comfortable. It was very clean. The decor throughout was interesting. The breakfast was good. The receptionist was efficient but not very friendly.
The convenience store two doors away was very useful and run by helpful, smiley people.
