We are very disappointed to read your review. We strive daily to obtain reviews much higher than the one you have written to us from a stay almost one year ago. We cannot identify the dates you stayed with us, if we are talking a real review, but let me refute the uncertain words you mentioned for the rest of the TripAdvisor members:
- ByPillow Mothern DOES have air conditioning.
- We have up to 6 categories of rooms to choose the one that best suits your needs.
- If there is any quality that characterizes us, it is the cleanliness of our rooms. We are very neat with cleaning and we dedicate a lot of effort to this variable.
- We are located in one of the most privileged areas of Barcelona, in the city center, it is obvious that we have constant movement during the day. I insist, we have rooms with other types of locations that could have improved your stay if that is your focus preference.
- All our showers work correctly, we have a daily maintenance service that is responsible for keeping all the items in the rooms in a good conditions.
- We are definitely not considered as a Hostel, either we respect this kind of properties. We are, and very proud of it, a 3* hotel in Barcelona.
And finally, Mr. Ben191, in no case do we pay for fake reviews, because if so, reviews like yours would not appear.
We accept any kind of criticism as long as it is constructive and helps us improve. We know that not everyone can like us, but never doubt the effort and commitment that those of us who work daily in this establishment dedicate to it.
It is definitely a review to damage the Property and the people who works in it.
