First, the location is just perfect. It is on a small street just steps away from Plaza Catalunya so perfectly located for exploring the city on foot or transit. The lobby would be a lovely place to sit and visit or make your plans for the day. The decor is modern and the room was perfectly furnished. I was traveling with a friend and we were lucky to have been assigned a room with a small terrace ( w/ two comfortable chairs), which made our stay even more comfortable since the rooms are small by US standards. The breakfast was excellent - good coffee, fruit juice, yogurt, cured meats, pan con tomate, etc. The front desk staff was always helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help us and even went as far as helping us with our plans for Madrid. The breakfast lady was also very nice and attentive when we needed something. We stayed in four different hotels during our trip to Spain and this was by far our favorite. I have already recommended it to friends. US travelers should be aware that this is a compact hotel so rooms are on the smaller size and there is some urban noise, but neither of these were an issue for us.

We stayed here during our recent trip to Barcelona. It is in a great location, only 2 blocks away from Placa Catalunya, close to 2 metro stations and very close to the airport shuttle pickup point (Aerobus). The hotel is located in a small pedestrian walkway, which seemed a little sketchy when we first checked in late at night, but the rest of the time felt very safe. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great English. We checked in late on our first night and there were some initial issues with our rooms. They were able to resolve things pretty quickly. We had a group of 5 so were in one double room and one triple room. I think the double room was fine - the triple room was the same size as the double room but they also fit in a single bed, making the room feel much more crowded. Beds were comfortable and I appreciated that they left complimentary small bottles of water every day. The breakfast buffet is in a nice space in the basement - the staff there was extremely helpful. There were eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and sausage every morning, along with different fruits, cereal, yogurt, bread, croissants, and pastries. In addition to the coffee machine, there were also milk and juices available.

Very nice hotel in very centric location.
We were welcomed by Ana, the manager.She is very pleasant with a wonderful smile.
She provided us with all the essential information for our stay including advice on the best places to eat.
We went to El Nacional recommended by her and tapas were delicious.
Reading the previous review, yes, I didn’t notice the blanket either ( even though there was one! ) and felt very cold during the last night but called the receptionist and he brought me one immediately.
Staff is very helpful and friendly.
Rooms are not big ( at least room 27) but they are very clean and it is all we needed as we were only going to sleep there. Bottles of water are also provided in the room and rooms was nicely cleaned, fresh towels provided.
From the photos on their website you can tell rooms are not huge so don’t see why people complain ???
Breakfast was nice and I loved the restaurant decor and cleanliness.
The blond lady with long hair in charge of the restaurant was very pleasant. Every morning she asked us how we had slept. Very professional.
I really recommend this hotel.

We are from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. We were there 4th Dec - 7th Dec. Perfect location, walking distance to main POI eg: Ramblas,Mercato,Catalunya. Small room but we have no issue. The bed is comfortable. Very friendly staff! The bathroom is small and during shower water easily flows out of the shower area. Good for travelers as we only need the room to sleep and rest. We would stay here again!!

I really want to recommend to all this hotel because is really close to the city centre of Barcelona.
The hotel was very clean and the receptionists were very kind with us.
I want to say thanks to them for the hospitality and cordiality.
They are Albazine, Nuno, Gemma and Marina. If u need help future costumers, don’t hesitate to ask to them whatever you want because they are able to help you for everything.
Breakfast was good and bar of the hotel as well.
My mum received from the staff of the hotel a present for her birthday and she was satisfied about this present. Another positive point for them !
The only thing in negative that I want to say is the triple room, it was a bit small for three persons. For few days is not a big problem staying there but if u want to spend more days is not very large and comfortable.
However I want to advice this hotel to everyone because is not expensive, and if you want to spend some days in this beautiful city called Barcelona, you can be sure dear costumers you are going to book in a good hotel with all comforts.
The hotel was very clean and the receptionists were very kind with us.

Warning, this Hotel is closed. I was able to book a 3 night stay, with confirmation information. Upon arrival we discovered the windows whited out and doors chained shut! Calling the hotel number got me to one of its sister hotels where they ended up transferring our reservation. It would have been nice to have known the hotel was closed and to try their sister hotel rather than accepting my reservation and processing my payment through my credit card. I understand COVID has impacted the city greatly, however common courtesy would be to block reservations for Hotel Denit.

Hotel location is prefect.
If you are taking aerobics from Airport or to Airport, Hotel Denit is a choice for you. We just take 5mins walk to bus stop (end stop).
El Corte Ingles also very close to the Hotel, Mercat de la Boqueria (huge market) will take 10 mins walk and Carriefour next to it...etc.
You can explore yourself and you will know!
The room itself is good. Contemporary and cozy design, provide enough space to open our suitcases.
One thing has to improve is the soundproof problem. We can hear the sound of door shut every time. Luckily there were not much guests go in and out on same floor.

The hotel is in a very central location down a quiet side street. The hotel is very clean and well presented. The only downsides for me were the bed, this was very hard; the pillows, these were very flimsy; lastly the walls in the rooms, these were not well sound proofed, you could easily hear your next door neighbours. Don’t let this put you off these are personal preferences. I’m sure my snoring kept everyone else awake, it didn’t bother me 😂

This is rated as a 3 star hotel but it does not quite reach that level. It is in an outstanding location, has a good breakfast, which is included in the price of the room and the various front desk people are helpful. However the rooms are extremely small, the shower and toilet and in the same room as the bed. When we arrived, there was only a sheet on the bed. The blanket is in a basket, which we found out about only after asking. There are two pillows and two towels per room. If you want more, you have to ask. Also, there is no place to hang your wet towel. The only towel rack is above the toilet, which is next to the shower. Once the hand towel and/ or the bath towel has been used, there is no place to hang it.

Perfect location, very convenient, if you want to roam the city on foot, as it’s right on plaza Catalunya, very close to the Ramblas. My room was too small but I was told there are bigger rooms for more than 1 person. The personnel was very friendly and professional, special thanks to Marina and Pablo at the front desk for making me feel like home
