A lovely stay, no complaints, me and my partner was very happy.
The staff was lovely and rooms were comfortable and clean. Mini fridge in the room and all drinks are complementary which I thought was a lovely touch, quite a few different drinks as well.
The safe in the room didn’t work but wasn’t a bother for me and my partner. The room itself was small but perfect for a couple. Beds were comfortable and clean bedding. Tv only had Spanish shows. Bathroom was lovely and has a double sink, shower was very hard water but also had a bathtub. The walls were a little thin and could sometimes hear the neighbours, but luckily didn’t effect us as our neighbours were quiet during night/mornings.
The hotel itself is lovely and the lobby also has complementary treats and fresh water. The hotel has many quiet seating areas (which was helpful for checkout and waiting) and also separate meeting rooms. They had a lovely diffuser which made the lobby smell nice.
They also let us in 3 hours before check in time, this was extremely helpful.
The hotel has breakfast available to people who book breakfast included, me and my partner did not add this.
The hotel is in the best location and is very easy to walk to all shops/restaurants/beach/cathedral. A 5 minute walk up the road to the Barcelona cathedral and many shops too! PERFECT LOCATION.
Was a little worried about some reviews I read before coming, but I would happily come back again. A lovely and pleasant stay and both me and my partner are very happy.

the cleaning crew broke my laptop while cleaning the room. I notified staff immediately, showed pictures. they spoke to the staff, who, of course, denied it. I was told they could not help. MAYBE, if I fixed it, their insurance might help. Ridiculous approach to customer service!!!
The walls are also paper thin.. the neighbors decided to go to bed at 3-4am each day and we heard every word/noise they made each night for a week!

The room was not only unclean, with remnants of body hair likely from shaving and green toothpaste on the sink, but it was also visually unappealing due to the harsh, white lighting that strained the eyes in the room. It's surprising that such conditions exist in a 4-star hotel. I immediately reported these issues to the front desk and requested cleaning. Although they managed to clean the dust, the hair and toothpaste residue lingered in the bathroom (sink and bathtub) for two days. Additionally, the thin walls meant I could hear everything from the neighboring room, affecting my sleep quality. On a positive note, the location of the hotel is excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and made efforts to be helpful.
