🙏🏻 We absolute loved the cleaning ladies! They always had that warm smile and were anytime willing to help us. Extra points for how discreet and sweet they were!
👍🏻 Location was great and access to metro station (Catalunya) and Airport Bus stop was super easy on foot; ground mostly flat.
The room was basic, yet comfortable.
Bathroom had just the basic amenities (shampoo, shower gel), towels and a window.
Reception staff was friendly and attentive, but nothing more than this.
👎🏻 Not really soundproof external walls and bathroom walls.
No toilet brush.
A bit noisy neighborhood on a Friday night, but let’s not forget we were located right next to La Rambla.
The room doors have no soft close, thus everytime someone bangs the door, the whole floor literally wakes up.
Also, i had an uneducated guest next door who just made my sleep a nightmare - laughing, music and more till past midnight... as if he was in my room
It is a pity as the hotel has certain potential with a bit of investment

I can't complain about the room being small because I do not go on vacation to stay in my room, but getting into the shower was difficult. I had to squeeze past the toilette and then step over an 18 inch high bath tub wall. It would be very difficult for an elderly person to get in and out of.
"No parking. There’s a vending machine for water, but it takes only cash and it’s not cheap. Better get water from the next door cafe."Read full review
