The main lobby is nice and that is about it. The room was in bad condition for a Hilton. Peeling paint, damage on the furniture, missing smoke detector in the room. Kept saying that the were low on all towels and extra bedding for the pull out sofa. Only good thing was the location, but there are other hotels in the same location. No parking on site and had to pay for it. Breakfast was not complimentary.

This hotel and staff are AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk (Christina, Courtney, Brenden, Malek & Chris) gave us nothing but exceptional service from the minute we walked in! Our family reunion large group couldn’t have asked for a better place to host this year!
As a travel agent who travels 100% for work I can confidently say that you can’t go wrong here! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients and will put this in our rotation of locations for years to come!

Absolutely outstanding service. We were here for Ironman Chattanooga 70.3 and they were more than accommodating. The entire hotel was immaculate and updated. Every staff member - from front desk, chef, to maintenance was extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure athletes and family members had what they needed. Well appointed facility with friendly staff and excellent service. The room was comfortable, clean and everything advertised. Parking was accessible although maybe a little expensive for self parking. The front desk staff were especially attentive and accommodating.

Our son had a wrestling tournament in Chattanooga this weekend. We chose this hotel because it wasn't too far from the venue and was within walking distance of the Aquarium. Everything was fantastic with the exception of the noise made by other guests. It seems that the walls were very thin and we could hear conversations all night and kids running up and down the hallway early in the morning, before 7:00am. But other than that our stay was excellent. Definitely recommend.

It was a pleasurable stay. Nice, clean room. Location is hard to beat. Good wifi. Parking adjacent to the hotel is limited and not covered. Seems a bit pricey since breakfast and parking are not included.

Overall, it was a good stay. But room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned and the pressure washing was annoying at 7am. Candi was very accommodating in the dining hall. The bartender was very nice as well. Great location for walking to aquarium.

We had a terrific stay. Our room was very clean, the staff was exceptional and friendly. The location was perfect - many restaurants and spots for a nightcap within easy walking distance. The riverfront, with its views and 13-mile walkway, was just around the corner as was the Tennessee Aquarium. Many folks were enjoying High Point, a climbing venue for all ages , and the Creative Discovery Museum was literally next door. I was very impressed with the hotel and with downtown Chattanooga.

We stayed for two days to see downtown and then left for another destination at a B&B. We had to upgrade for a riverview, plus there was construction next door. The price was still very reasonable. BUT..This was not mentioned online. Location was good, away from the noise of downtown, but still walking distance or bike ride away. Our room was clean, but the comforter was paper thin and it was COLD outside. The breakfast was not good. Mostly yogurt, oatmeal, muffins, one hot choice and coffee/tea. No bacon, sausage etc.
We loved the firepit by the river outside after dinner at the adjoining Scotties.
All in all, the hotel was decent and our room was comfortable. I would probably stay elsewhere next trip.

We had tons of stains on pullout couch and makeup smears on door. The pool burned our eyes immediately and could only stay for a few minutes BUT it is a great location. I would look into one of the newer hotels when we go back to Chattanooga.

Parking is free in the lot across the side street. Very short walk, maybe 50 - 60 yards.
Hi yes there is a heated swimming pool with a jacuzzi section as well
Breakfast is not complimentary at the property. We do offer a full southern style buffet, with made to order omelets, pancakes, eggs any style, etc., at the cost of $10.95/adult, $6.95/children ages $6.95, children under the age of 6 are complimentary.
The Children's Discovery Museum, TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater, High Point Climbing, Regal Theaters are located within 1 block of the hotel. There is an electric shuttle, complimentary, that runs every 15-20 minutes that will take passengers across the river to "North Shore" and various points throughout the city. The shuttle does not run to Lookout Mountain Attractions.
Parking fee is $8/per night.
