Is there a shuttle bus to any of the downtown attractions?

The Children's Discovery Museum, TN Aquarium, IMAX Theater, High Point Climbing, Regal Theaters are located within 1 block of the hotel. There is an electric shuttle, complimentary, that runs every 15-20 minutes that will take passengers across the river to "North Shore" and various points throughout the city. The shuttle does not run to Lookout Mountain Attractions.

A free electric shuttle covers entire tourist district from Aquarium to Chattanooga Choo-Choo about 2 miles away

Yes, there is a city bus system that is free and you catch it across the street and maybe down a half block, it will take you very close to all downtown attractions and it also stops a couple places along the River.

I don't think so but I was not in a position to need it- you might want to call hotel directly
