Holy Moly, If you have never tried Maple Street Biscuit Co., you are missing out! We enjoyed the Five & Dime biscuit which is a flaky biscuit, all natural fried chicken breast, pecanwood smoked bacon, a fried egg* and cheddar cheese topped with house-made sausage gravy with a kick. My husband questioned me about buying a $10 biscuit, but once the plate was in front of him, he had no more questions! That biscuit was huge and absolutely delicious! Our kids got the Iced Cinnamon Biscuits with B2 Jam! Luckily, we ordered half a dozen so we could indulge as well! The line to get in around 10am on a Saturday morning was a little daunting. We waited approximately 45 minutes before getting to the counter to order, but don't let that stop you, it was worth every second!

It is a great place to go and enjoy with your love ones really good southern food. They come with creative ways of calling your name to pick up your order that makes other people laugh and their food is amazing. Definitely a thing to do if you are passing by Chattanooga or if you live here!

Decided to give it a try after seeing the menu online. I had the Sticky Maple. So good, crispy, slightly spicy friend chicken inside a light biscuit with the perfect crust drenched in REAL maple syrup. My husband had the Risky Biscuit. The gravy was good, not from a can or box, but he said he wished it had more sausage in the gravy. I am not a coffee drinker so was glad to see a good quality of tea bags for selection for hot tea. The beverage station because of the current restrictions is not able to be self serve, so that creates a bit of a bottle neck, we got our meal before we were able to get our drinks. We did not order OJ, but found out that it is fresh squeezed. A must go place. There are other options if you are not into biscuits. After finishing my Sticky Maple I ordered a cinnamon biscuit and was surprised when I was told since this was my first visit it was free, and not only that, he gave me a platter of biscuits for our table.

This restaurant was recommended to us but unfortunately we were very disappointed. I stood in line over an hour just to order food. I finally got to order and was told they could not make cappuccino because their machine was broken. After ordering our food, we had to wait another 15 minutes for our food, and it was lukewarm! The food was ok, nothing too exciting about it. I would recommend a different restaurant for breakfast with quicker and sit down service, warm food, and not overpriced. One more thing, there was no social distancing at all in there.

This place has oh-my-goodness-awesome chocolate chip waffles topped with strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped cream!!!! The pic has to be credited to Maple Street’s website because I started eating the waffles before I even remembered to get a pic! They were soooo good! Highly recommend going early too, because this place is no secret! The line to order began to fill up pretty quickly. They have seating for somewhat larger parties and seating for two. So take as many as you want! Enjoy!!

Looking for a place for breakfast while in Chattanooga we decided to try this place. While looking at the menu I noticed different things were listed as “with a kick”. When it came time to order I inquired if that meant it was spicy, I was told that was correct. I was also informed that all of the fried chicken was made in a spicy batter as well. When I inquired if any these items could be made not spicy I was told that was not possible as all of it was premade which eliminated every chicken entrée and everything with sausage gravy. Apparently whoever makes the menu decisions for this place is unaware people that cannot eat spicy food might walk in the door. Unfortunately we had already paid for parking so I got the only breakfast item on the menu that wasn’t spicy which was a ham egg and cheese biscuit. Essentially the same thing I could have gotten at McDonald's. My girlfriend however really enjoyed her spicy chicken with spicy gravy sandwich.

Not quite noon on a Sunday. Line literally out the door. Get to the front, order waffles. No Maple Syrup. Ordered Ice Tea. No Ice. Got a tiny bit of honey butter with my waffle, it had a piece of shredded cheddar cheese in it (huh?). Went back for more honey butter - server disappears into the back never to return. A second server did come to the rescue. These are not the only goof-ups on what should have been a nice relaxing breakfast, only the highlight reel. Seriously, I can only think that this location is totally devoid of even the most novice management. One reason the line was so long was the ineptness of counter staff.

This place is the best for breakfast! I love their specialty biscuit menu, but you can get normal feel-good foods anytime. The fare is very tasty and comes in large portions. The coffee is a pretty mild blend, so if you're looking for super strong, you may not find that here. It is very nice and smooth, however. I personally prefer eating on the patio out front, but they have plenty of space available for inside seating in the industrial-style dining room. One of my favorite things about this place is how they call you when your order is up. They usually ask you a fun pop culture question when you place your order so they can call you up when it's ready (instead of using your name). I think the question changes from day to day, but when we were there the question was "what TV show would you like to live in?". It's just a really cute way to stand out. I love it. Another thing that stood out to me was the little sign they had at the register that said something along the lines of "we do not accept tips because we believe in serving customers with the utmost hospitality". Wow! How refreshing! And every employee we interacted with was super friendly - they really deserved tips! We will definitely be back to this establishment!

So yummy! We had to wait in line an hour (Saturday morning) but the food was delicious! I had the sticky maple and my husband got the squawking goat. Both were great! We both got the orange juice to drink and it tasted just like biting into a juicy, fresh orange. We loved it!

I go there many Saturday mornings to purchase a large number of egg, chees, ++ biscuits for our installers to enjoy before they head out to the jobs. The breakfast biscuits are also for our Sat office staff. They are delicious. Way better than McD or CFA. Yes, more expensive but worth the difference. Comparably priced but better than other local breakfast/lunch places. Wonderful lunches too. The manager, Christy, is very helpful and on top of things. Place is neat and clean. A great place to hang out for awhile.

Local favorite with good food, but limited options if you are vegetarian. They have cafeteria style dining and the line on a Sunday was about a 20 minute wait. Then about another 15 before our order was called. Overall it was a decent experience, but we’ve had better. I’m not a meat eater and there were only 2 or 3 dishes that didn’t have some form of meat in them. Glad we tried it, but I wouldn’t say it’s Chattanooga’s best.

My dad and I stopped in for breakfast this morning. We have been to this location a few times before and have a good experience, but today was extremely slow and the chicken on my biscuit was flavorless and undercooked. Their coffee is always good, but for the price I expect the food to be of higher quality. If this had been my first visit, I probably wouldn't go back.

Found this restaurant on a search for good places to eat breakfast. Staff were friendly, food was good and the atmosphere was nice. You walk in and place your order and sit down and wait for them to call out whatever TV show or movie you have them for your order. My husband enjoyed the coffee and overall we enjoyed the food. The selection is a bit limited and/or heavy of the chicken or sausage gravy. My daughter and order off the little ones section (small portions) because it had basic food choice such as waffles and an egg biscuit. My husband who is a meat eater loves his breakfast. Overall good food, friendly staff and quick service.

Monday I was in the neighborhood & just needed a treat. The frosted cinnamon biscuit was just the thing! While others were ordering “lunch biscuits” I ordered dessert! I watch my sugar intake and the frosting seemed a bit much for me. No problem. I scraped it off & used it to evenly to sweeten the biscuit as I ate. I will go back for another! Maybe I’ll try a chicken biscuit first!

Our experience was similar to other reviewers...we were visiting the area on vacation and had either read or heard good things about MSB Company. We stopped in mid-morning on a Thursday and there was no wait. However, if you have never been to MSB Company before, the way to order is different and not well presented, but an employee patiently walked us through the requirements (you grab a menu at the front of the store and order before you sit down). Using your favorite TV show or Movie to call out your food when ready was a different spin on the ordering process, but requires that you pay a little more attention when picking up your food. First impression of the dining area was that it didn't seem as clean as it could be, but we thought that could be due to coming in after the morning rush. The food was ready fairly quick, but we also noticed that the biscuits were pretty dry and the rest of the food ok, but not great. Employees were friendly. All in all, our visit was a fairly average experience. If we are back in the area again, we would probably explore other restaurant options first, as opposed to making it a priority to return to the MSB Co.
