It was an INCREDIBLE weekend. Their staff, from the custodian to the regional assistant manager, rolled out the red carpet with their smiles, laughter, and ROYAL service. We had soooooooo much fun that it cannot be fully articulated. Other hotel guests and staff participated in our events. There was no boundaries, no division, no skin color. We were all one people at this family event. Having pondered which hotel to chose, we knew when we arrived, we had the right venue‼️ Hilton Garden Chattanooga, YOU ROCK‼️

Chattanooga Treasure

This hotel and staff are AMAZING! Everyone from the front desk (Christina, Courtney, Brenden, Malek & Chris) gave us nothing but exceptional service from the minute we walked in! Our family reunion large group couldn’t have asked for a better place to host this year!

As a travel agent who travels 100% for work I can confidently say that you can’t go wrong here! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my clients and will put this in our rotation of locations for years to come!

Deanna at the bar, the chef and servers at breakfast were attentive, kind and hospitable!

Congrats on cultivating the best staff that truly care about the guests experience! Top notch all the way!

Room tip: Bring walking shoes!

SUPERIOR PLACE !!

Our first time to Chattanooga was OUTSTANDING !! Every single person that worked there was extremely pleasant, helpful and polite. This includes everyone from Maintenance, Food staff, Cleaning staff and of course the Front desk ladies !!! The hotel, rooms, and grounds were in tip top shape !! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Easy walk to several different restaurants and activities. The city itself was beautiful, clean and very inviting. We are DEFINITELY going back.

Room tip: Definitely catch the free shuttle to take a little tour of downtown. Easy walk to several restaurants.

Perfect downtown location and excellent service

Easy access to all downtown activities either walking or using the free electric shuttle. All the staff were helpful and friendly and having a bar and ability to eat breakfast and dinner on site was appreciated. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely return to this hotel in Chattanooga

Great experience !

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and attractions. The best part, though, was the staff. Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful! THIS is where you need to stay in Chattanooga!

Room tip: A better explanation about parking would be helpful.

Outstanding Service

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and being a Diamond Member I have had my share. I would rate this in the top 3. Especially the customer service and how clean the hotel was. The breakfast staff were also welcoming and amazing.
