Detailed Reviews

This hotel is lovely and clean, the rooms are nice (although smaller than they look) and they were a good walking distance from the main attractions (around 15 mins to the colosseum and 25/30 mins to the very centre of the city)
However, we returned to our room one day to find the door left open. Myself and my partner are always so careful with hotel rooms as we keep our valuables in them, so made sure to lock it and test it once closed.
When I emailed the hotel to complain further about the issue as I was not happy with the response I received by the staff, I was essentially told it was our fault and that they tell the housekeeping staff to close the door when they leave a room. The only people who could have left it open were the staff because we did not return to our room until the evening when we found it unlocked. The level of customer service was absolutely shocking and I would not return due to this. Our safety nor our belongings’ safety was of any concern to the staff and that is unacceptable. Furthermore they would not take into account that this was their fault, whether it be the door that’s faulty or the staff had not been careful. I even sent photographs of how we found the door and was still met with the same response which was to blame us. This is not the customer service I would expect from a good quality hotel and it strongly suggests they do not care for their guests.

Not much to tell, but it was clean and quiet and nicely located. Wasn't in the heart of the tourism zones, but it was an easy walk for me or a simple subway ride for things that were further out (a station two blocks away). All room amenities worked just fine.

Missing a 5 rating because I just checked my receipt from the city tourism tax which is collected upon check in, and they took 4 days vs the 3 I actually stayed. I must've been jet-lagged enough to not notice when it happened.

Basic room, great coffee, loved the windows, clean, walking distance from the Colosseum. Nothing special, we stayed in a room facing the front of the building, but I believe it backs onto a private school for children. Breakfast was included and the lobby area is beautiful.

The hotel location was perfect for us it’s a 15 minute walk to the colosseum 20 minute walk from the main train station and the metro is a 2 minute walk.
Would recommend the snack bar on the corner next to the metro shop for breakfast. Also would recommend the restaurant RomAntica 5 min walk from the hotel.
The rooms were a little small but had everything you would need for a city break we didn’t spend much time in the room other than freshening up and sleeping the room was very clean but shower wasn’t the best temperature kept changing.
Hotel staff were nice and friendly you also get a free drink at the bar upon arrival.
I would stay here again if we ever go back to Rome

We had a lovely, clean room with tea and coffee provided and cleaned everyday. Good variety and choice for breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful with organising a taxi to the airport for us. They organised a private local taxi which was 30 to 35 Euros to Ciampiano airport. Do beware of the airport taxis trying to overcharge or saying you gave them less money or pulling a different lesser euro note from a pocket to the one you gave. We warned the hotel about this. Easy walk to Metro and Colosseum. Lots if restaurants not far away on the back streets

Such a nice hotel! Metro is just around the corner and colosseo was about 15min walking distance! Our room was clean but a bit but nothing to complain as we only freshen up and sleep😝 There are lots of things to see near the hotel so it was a nice walk especially at night! Staff was very kind to us it was a pleasant stay! Hope to go back soon!

I booked this hotel and read the reviews after, I was quite worried…. I can honestly say our experience was very different to the negative reviews!
The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms not huge, but it was nice and clean. We had fresh towels and sheets everyday (I know as I got makeup on them) It’s a city break so it was perfect as a base for us….Get out and explore!
Yes, there is a school behind but when you are out most of the day you don’t even notice it. Even at the one point we did hear the children you’ve got to be some kind of monster to find children’s laugher offensive, we didn’t mind it at all.
The metro is right at the end of the street and a great way to get around. There is a fantastic gelato place to the left at the cross roads that’s open really late.
We had a fantastic stay, if we visited Rome again I’d book this hotel and would 1000% recommend to our friends ❤️

1. Reviews - Most of the recent reviews that you see are fake and made up that you can confirm by 1 word responses. The genuine feedbacks are from 2019 or may be more than an year back but nothing realistic from recent past.
2. Room Photos - None of the room photos that you see are true, considering it looked more like a place thats going under renovation and barely has any place available. All photos are old or fake and when you reach the hotel, you will be given a room that you wont recognise as the one that you booked. On complaining, you will be read out the description from the website and will be told the photos are generic and cant be taken into consideration.
3. Hotel Management - Hotel staff is very rude and very well trained for cheating and misleading customers. Even after multiple complaints, never got a chance to speak with the hotel manager and they keep on insisting that this is the room you booked rather than doing anything to make you stay pleasant.
4. No room cleaning was available during our stay and that just added to the pathetic service this hotel could offer.

Dear Mr. Vikram, We are always grateful to receive feedback because it is such a valuable source of information for us, regardless of whether it is good or bad, and it helps us to improve ourselves. As our staff inform you during your stay the room provided was the room that you choose during the booking process and it matched all the information provided in the room description. All the rooms are cleaned daily by our housekeeping staff and it was done also for your room. We thank you once again for taking the time to provide this feedback and we do hope to have you as our guest. Yours sincerely,

The only good thing about the hotel it its location.
Rooms are tired and need upgrading. I stayed on first floor and the carpet in corridors was stained and dirty. Room itself looked nothing like the pictures. It was clean but tired. Bathroom shower was not great; one minute it was boiling hot the other stone cold.

Some of the rooms looking out to school playground so you might get a lot of kids shouting early in the morning.
Would not stay again

Dont be fooled by their misleading photos on Booking
.com. Their rooms were horrible; depressing, small with exactly 2.5 lights. There was a school/academic institute right behind it which didnt let you sleep in the morning or at night. Once the kids left, they had other events going on in the ground, and then at night people would play football.

The tv in the room didnt work properly, there was hardly anything in the mini bar and the whole experience was just plain DEPRESSING!!

If you want to go back to a comfortable room after a long, tiring day DO. NOT. BOOK. THIS. HOTEL.
