We have been in Tennessee now for awhile and have noticed advertising for a Mellow Mushroom pizza restaurant. We tried it tonight here in downtown Chattanooga. Loved the beer on tap Kentucky bourbon ale. We got the Pacific rim pizza with jalapenos on the side it was tasty and very relaxed atmosphere. When we got there they had about a 20-minute waiting list so we sat at the bar, the bartender was very friendly. We got the chef salad with blue cheese normally we get it with thousand islands but they do not carry thousand@ island! Very good experience we would say!

We had been visiting this area,and found this place. We have been to other locations, ,but first time at this one. A young college looking waiter was very friendly and answered alot of questions for us on how to get around,parking etc. He also helped us decide on our pizzas. Great choice, as we each got our own medium pizza,1 pepperoni, 1 mushroom. We got our cokes right away,nice tall cold glasses, which was great as we wete very thirsty. The pizzas arrived nice hot and gooey. Made perfectly. They had 2 tvs on which were fun to watch as we ate. The waiter gave me a to go glass, and a box for our leftovers. We definately will go back.yum

Our first time to eat at Mellow Mushroom. The hostess was friendly and seated us quickly although they were busy. Our server, Annika, was super! Her suggestions for food choices were very helpful. When she discovered that I have certain food sensitivities, she created a drink especially for me. Who does that?!! Fast service, above and beyond. The manager, Tiffany, stopped by our table to make sure everything was okay. We were grateful for all the attention and the food was delicious! We will visit Mellow Mushroom again the next time we are in Chattanooga.

The pizzas looked amazing from the top. However, the 1st batch of pizzas that came out looked amazing but, upon the 1st bite we discovered real quick that looks can be deceiving. The crust was thoroughly burnt & tasted like lump of charcoal.They turned the ovens down but, they were still to hot & the 2nd batch came out w/burnt crust as well. The waitress and manager were very apologetic. They did offer us $50.00 in gift certificates & we will definitely give them another try. We love the Mellow Mushroom and their pizza is typically delish.

This is the absolute weirdest experience I have had at a restaurant. My husband daughter and I ordered some pizza to go. While we were waiting we sat at an empty table. A woman immediately approached me and said we could not sit there, since it was for people that were eating there. I told her we would move once a customer showed up and needed the table. She returned and repeated the same thing to my husband. He said that we would like to change our order to dine-in, and she told him we were not allowed to. We asked to speak to the manager and he actually toldus we were not allowed to sit in their restaurant and eat, since we had said we were taking our pizza to go. We were NOT cutting infront of anyone, there were a number of empty tables. I told him that it was ridiculous that we were not allowed to eat the pizza we purchased from them in their restaurant. He said it was a "rule" that once you order your pizza to go, you have to leave. ??????? Of course I told him to go to he'll and we left without any pizza. I have never experienced such an odd, elitist, nonsensical, interaction in my life, and I'm from stuck-up, liberal Seattle! Seriously in need of some customer service training. Boo.

My son and I attempted to eat here in July. We were sat at a table so imbalanced and wobbly that I was worried that our food/drinks would slide off. I tried to remedy the situation will massive amounts of napkins but it still would not help. In the meantime the served came to our table and offered to move us to a section which unbeknownst to us had no service. The hostesses quickly scolded us for moving to the location which I told that we were moved by the server. We then proceeded to wait for over 20 minutes while everyone ignored us...including the server who sat us there. We finally gave up and walked out. I realize with covid that being a server is tough, but this was totally rude. I will never ever go to a Mellow Mushroom anywhere.

A crucial part of our firm is being able to conduct business in a place that has a comfortable atmosphere with great food and even better service. Mellow Mushroom fulfilled that need. We conducted all business that needed conducting while enjoying some delicious meals. Bella was a wonderful server and was incredibly attentive of us. All around great place to conduct business.

My wife and I came here for our first meal when we moved here 4 years ago. We still try and come at least once a month as the vibes and the food are always on point. Cat, our bartender was super helpful tonight as she went through the specials and showed me the locals portion of the menu which has introduced me to my favorite pizza on the menu.

We love Chattanooga and always make a point to stop in for dinner at Mellow Mushroom. Our kids, aged 8 and 4 enjoy the pizza and the funky vibes and music. Our waitress, Wenona, was very sweet with them and got props from my son for her Mario knowledge. We will be back!

We weren't sureif they were open for indoor dining, due to the Covid restrictions, they were! It was extremely slow, I am certain that it was because of the pandemic. However, the waitress was thrilled to have customers, and was very quick with our drinks. However, the food (pizzas) were very slow (this was not her fault)
The pizza was amazing, so it was worth the wait!!

This was by far our worst experience with a Mello Mushroom and first experience with this particular store. We placed a large order for delivery and not only was it delivered almost an hour after the original estimated time, but everything was cold. Never again. It wasn't the driver because the MM website showed the driver waiting for the order until very shortly before it was delivered.

We love Mellow Mushroom! We ate at this location 2x during our stay in Chattanooga with family, one lunch, one dinner. We sat outside on the patio for lunch, and inside for dinner - both enjoyable.
Everyone can find something they like on the menu, the food is great, and we love the southern hospitality of the staff.

Restaurant in the former Coca-Cola bottling plant. it’s been a great transformation, blending the past with the present. There’s the Alice in Wonderland mural, exposed pipes, retro artwork and unique features like the large bottle cap awnings and the odd gadget and gizmo mascot inviting the masses at the entrance. I had the Pizzaiola Burger one that was topped with red sauce, cheese, pepperoni and the asked for mushrooms. Delightful. Cheerful service.

We ordered online and were quite disappointed. When ordering we were hit with a page of new pizza combinations so we wanted to try one. Backyard Barbecue. Picture looked great. Multiple pepper types, chicken, and chives with a barbecue sauce. Still sounds appealing. When we picked it up w e were greeted with a pitiful pie that had 5 or six little chunks of meat, no peppers, and the cheese sliding off of one half. If this was supposed to be the one in the picture, they missed the boat big time. Doubt we are going back.
Wish I had a picture. It was a sad excuse for a pizza.

I felt safe eating with family at Mellow Mushroom. The waitress seemed nervous when our mass was lowered eating. She stayed back and asked us if we would like a refills. The table and seating was clean and staff professional and following protocols set for safety with Covid-19.
