Write a reviewWe were extremely pleased with our visit to this hotel. From the ease of check-in to the bar to the breakfast to the front desk. Everyone one we met was extremely friendly. Ms. Sam was awesome, each day when we came in from whatever we did that day, she had to see what all my son had and hear about his day. We visited the bar, and my son was tickled pink that Ms Teresa fixed him a Virgin Pina Colada. We came back one day while the housekeeper was cleaning our room, and she too was extremely polite. We visited the pool twice, it was quiet and very relaxing. The water was a bit chilly and the chlorine smell a bit much, but I know it is a necessity. The location was perfect. I parked my car on Tuesday and didn't move it until we check out on Friday. We walked to the Aquarium, Discovery Museum, Lupi's, Mellow Mushroom, Chattanooga Ducks, basically everything we did. It was convenient to the bus shuttle station which we rode across river and to the Choo Choo. We will definitely use the hotel again.

Hotel is in a great location breakfast was good staff was extremely helpful. Parking was okay could have been worse. Drinks at bar was good and the hot tub and swimming pool was clean and warm. Elevators were easy to get in and out of

Location location location. Smack in the middle of down town. Walking distance from everything you need. The hotel was clean, staff friendly. The breakfast was good with plenty to chose from. There is of course a bar down stairs which has a good time.

The bartender was very nice and had great knowledge of wines and a great starter Scotch. At breakfast, the waiteress was very nice and gave us several local places to see and visit. I will come back to visit very soon. It was a great surprise being in Chattanooga for the weekend.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in downtown Chattanooga. It is a very nice hotel with a nice patio bar area and a restaurant. It also has many amenities such as a pool and gym. The beds and showers are amazing. Highly recommend.
