The staff and location was great but the room was not. It was nice and clean, so no problem there.

The problem was that the AC was SO loud and the pillows were so flat. Not only could you not get comfortable but each time you might, the AC would kick on and you were awake again. We were scheduled to stay two nights, but we left at 2am the second night and ditched some of our trip and just drove home in the dark. It was bad enough that our kid was fine missing out on our cave adventure that morning.

It was a beautiful hotel but this experience will keep us from ever staying there again.

My coworker and I use this hotel weekly for work after trying out many other hotels in the area. This was our final and best choice! Amazing staff who are always courteous and ready to help in anyway possible, the rooms are excellent, the breakfast, dinner, and bar are so good that you don’t even need to leave the hotel for meals if you don't want to. The rooms are batter and more comfortable then the other hotels around that we tried. The manager Michelle and Shane at the front desk always do everything possible to ensure we have a great stay, Candy is always delightful in the morning taking care of us for breakfast, Brendon and Chris are always so kind in the morning saying hi to us, and Dylan and Julie are always fun and great hosts at the bar! Highly recommend!

Michelle (the manager) runs both a tight ship and a welcoming one. Someone is always available to help. Always available to go above and beyond.

You can not go wrong staying here. Location alone makes this place worth it. When you add the quality of the management and staff, you can't go wrong
