My experience at the Hampton Inn located in downtown Indianapolis was a great one. I was greeted as soon as I pulled on the drive. My valets name was Matthew and not only was he fast and efficient in getting my information, but he also loaded all my luggage and brought it to our room for us.

I was in town for a basketball tournament and selected this hotel that was a few blocks from the arena. The staff was courteous and helpful. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived early so they let me check my bags so I could attend the games. They texted me when the room was ready a few hours later.
The room was clean and quiet. They even had a sound machine to help you sleep if it got noisy at night. There was a nightclub/restaurant around the corner but I didn’t hear anything. The only complaint I had was that it was a little chilly in the room. Temp was set at 62.
If you want a hot shower, you’ll need to get up early. The first morning the hot water was almost gone by 8 am. The second morning at 6 am was better.
The three elevators were good. You need a key card to go up.
A good location downtown where there are plenty of options nearby for eating and shopping.

Russell was great with valet parking. I forgot my dress in my room and he quickly ran up to get it for me. Although Russell was great, we did have an issue with Hampton double billing our debit card for the room charge. Unfortunately, we have to wait several days to find out if the issue will be resolved.

The staff have been so friendly and so attentive calling and texting to make sure that we’re good with everything helping us as much as they could with any questions we had. Sarah is the girl that checked us in and has been keeping up with how our stay has been and she has been one of the most friendly hotel staffs I’ve ever met. it’s been amazing. You have to use your card your key to get on the elevator and go to your floor which gives you an extra sense of security as well. If you’re looking for a quick weekend trip with your family or with just your husband I would totally recommend this place cause it’s in the center of everything

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. Valet parking was rather expensive, but very convenient considering parking. We enjoyed having a good hot breakfast as we travel quite a bit and most hotels have gone to a grab-n-go during the pandemic. I feel that having a buffet style served by staff was perfect and something other hotels need to consider.

For their wedding, our daughter and new son-in-law contracted with the Hampton in downtown Indianapolis to book a block of rooms for the out of town guests, wedding party members and immediate family. All for a wedding that got postponed due to COVID/19. Rescheduling was a dream!! Angie and Desi at the front desk took care of everything. Sean worked with our daughter to make everything transfer easily. The whole weekend we were treated as if we were their favorite guests!! Kay and Theresa at breakfast made me proud to be a fellow Hoosier. Patrick, our valet, was so polite and welcoming. This hotel, in a prime downtown location, is the epitome of Hoosier Hospitality !

TBH, this stay was a little disappointing for a Hampton Inn, but I'm not going to give it a bad review because much of the small issues were out of their control. Check in was great and I appreciated the touch of texting me a couple times throughout my 2 night stay to make sure everything was ok. Issues: Small leak from AC ceiling vent. This did not affect the ac in any way and when I made them aware of this issue, they immediately offered to get to the room to fix it. Breakfast only offered muffins and granola bar. They had no hot breakfast sandwich available at this Hampton due to supplier issues. Satellite TV reception was awful. Again, a supplier issue. Room was clean, comfortable, and somewhat quiet (the first night we had an odd tapping on our wall a few times throughout the night. Our neighbors?) Wifi was good. Staff was very friendly. Super convenient as we walked everywhere. In these tough times due to Covid, I know some issues are just out of all of our control at this time.

Everyone here is so nice especially the shuttle driver, Jessica who was Amazing and Kay’s breakfast is delicious and kept super clean and stocked with her crew. The beds are always so comfortable at Hamptons and this one was no exception. Great location close to everything we needed especially convention center. The restaurant pomodoros next door is delicious and convenient also. Woukd stay here again. Only complaint is management stopped the shuttle at 2 pm in 15 degree weather!!

Angelica and Sara and all the staff were just terrific! I called to confirm my reservation prior to arrival and Angelica spent 10 minutes moving my room, offering me options on where to eat, relax and enjoy our trip. Sara was so nice in helping us with our golf clubs, room keys....just a fantastic experience. And it didn't stop with just them, valet, breakfast servers....We will be back definitely....

I was charged $37.00 for hotel valet parking. The Hilton App and website both state $30.00 per night. I mostly stay at Hampton Inns on my trips and this is the first time I was deceived. I would call ahead to confirm parking rates before booking this hotel.

The standard valet parking rate is $30.00. The $37.00 parking rate is for over-sized vehicles. There is a list of fees including the fee for over-sized vehicles posted on the valet drive and podium. I am very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Valet is $40, (we only stayed overnight) they do help with bags! I typically tip a few bucks when requesting my car. In and out privileges!! Hope that helps!!
Parking was $28 dollars a day. There was self parking in other garages, but I’m not sure of prices. I know the Circle Centre has parking but I’m not sure if you can park their overnight. I believe that price was $10 dollars max. Call tha Hampton and ask if parking is cheaper elsewhere?
Hello: It seems they have two or three lots, one directly beside the hotel, at least one a block away. Both open air, not really secure, just normal outside lots. We had no problems. Fees were probably $27/28.00 per day , a bit steep. Hope this helps. John
There are more places to choose from in the Indianapolis area.
