Write a reviewFirst time staying at a Hampton Inn property. First time visiting Indianapolis. Was looking for a hotel near Bankers Field since in town for pacers game. Was able to check in advance because of Hilton honors. Upon arrival, valet was very helpful in answering my questions. Front desk was friendly. Hotel lobby has coffee, tea and hot chocolate 24 hrs. I was offered complimentary water at check in. Picked a room on 2nd floor which is the floor with breakfast, fitness center and business office. Room with double beds, refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed and Neutrogena bath products. Only negative is you can hear cars outside on lower room level. Hotel is near center circle mall, many restaurants and bankers field., Walking distance less than 2 blocks. Valet was $20 a night. Didn't need to move car. Free breakfast with make your own waffle, bacon, eggs, French toast, oatmeal, cereal, juice, yogurt and breads. Must use room key after 10 to enter and use elevator. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for one night on a trip to see the Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil Experience at Conseco Fieldhouse. The valet was much less expensive than other downtown hotels I have stayed. It was $17 here and when I stayed at the Omni last month it was $27. The valets were great. They were there right when I pulled up and were nice and polite. Check in was quick and the front desk staff were all very pleasant. They even asked us how the show was when we returned. Our room was on the 9th floor (913) and was far enough away from the elevators where we did not hear anything. The beds were great. I believe they were double beds so if you are tall your feet may be dangerously close to the bottom but I am 5'7" and I was fine. The hotel is right across the street from a bar and I could hear a little bit of music at night but not enough that it bothered me. I am not sure if that was because we were on such a high floor however. If you are staying for activities downtown then this location is excellent. It was litterally right around the corner from the fieldhouse. It made us feel very safe walking back at night with the super close location. We also walked to the mall, enjoyed dinner at PF Changs and walked down to the CVS. Again, this hotels location is most excellent. The room was very clean and I really have no complaints what so ever about the hotel. There was another guest walking down the hall in the middle of the night whose phone woke us up because it had an obnoxious ring tone of which they decided not to answer right away. Alas, that is a rude guest, not a problem of the hotel. Hampton also offers a free breakfast but I did not partake. I am more of a Bob Evans girl so we hit that on the way back home. Check out was simple and available on the tv. It took maybe 2 minutes to get my car out of valet. I will most certainly stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights, no problems at all.
Hotel is right in the city centre, 5 min walk from the monument circle, across the street from the Hard Rock Cafe, 5 min walk to the Bankers Life Fieldhouse Arena, very well situated in the city.
Room was big enough and clean and comfortable, everything i needed.
Free breakfast in the morning on the 2nd floor, coffee and croissants type deal.
Would stay here again.

Was up in Indy for a couple of days and this was THE spot to stay. Close to tons - restaurants, bars, gym, mall... The rooms were a bit smaller than other Hampton Inns I had previously stayed at but they were very nice. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Free breakfast was fantastic, and they held my bags after checkout so I could go shopping at the mall and have lunch before my flight.

Loved the hotel and staff - they were very accommodating!! This place is close to EVERYTHING downtown has to offer. Lucas oil stadium and and Bankers life stadium and MANY restaurants. Valet parking only, but they were excellent. I don't know where my car was, but they brought it back in perfect condition. This was an excellent stay, they even had a free breakfast which looked awesome, but we did not partake. The coffee was GREAT though. I would definitely stay again next time we are in INDY !!
