The hotel was nice and clean, and all of the staff were very nice. Give my boys Dwayne and Kieron a raise, they were very good about maintaining good speed and efficiency with the valet service. I know it said I’d need to wait five minutes for my vehicle to arrive after calling it in, but it always arrived before that.

It was a Quick and easy check in. The gentlemen working valet were wonderful! Give those boys a raise (Dwayne and kieron)!!! They were quick to meet us at our car upon arrival and unbothered when we needed the car again an hour later. Room was perfect to crash in after a night out. And breakfast was decent. Perfect location from the main downtown bars as well

I showed up a day earlier and they were able to get me into a room that they made sure I was able to stay in for the entire trip so that I didn’t have to move all our stuff to the previously reserved room. We were able to use the 2nd floor dining area to have a celebration one night that was so great! All the staff was so friendly and made great recommendations to a mall trip. Excellent valet service from Keiron and Dwayne who had my car ready in minutes when I needed it. The breakfast was awesome. Excellent stay.

Dwayne was awesome at the valet service. It was the best valet experience that I have ever had. It could not have been better if I parked the truck myself. On second thought that would not have been better than Dwayne.
