Nice hotel. Big room. Location in the middle of the city, near mall and the convention center. Easy in and out. Friendly desk and valet parking staff. Affordable. Would stay there again, without hesitation.

I have to say the Valet was absolutely wonderful! Very respectful, attentive, quick, friendly and understaffed. We came and went as we pleased and tipped them everytime they brought our truck.
The Hotel staff was very professional and kind. The room was clean but to be honest a little expensive. We were hardly ever in our room and glad so due to the room faced an empty building in an alley. Those rooms should not be full downtown prices. During the storms the TVs went out.
They had a great complimentary breakfast everything was clean and well prepared.
We will stay there again when we come to town but not at those prices, my son stayed at a Marriott and paid what we paid for an alley view!

We checked out of this hotel after night 2 of our 4 night prepaid booking. We paid top dollar for the room due to it being Memorial Day weekend but we really had no choice but to forfeit the money we'd paid and change hotels. Sleep was impossible. The noise was unbearable and it went ALL NIGHT. When we checked out early, the receptionist did not even bother to ask why....just said "that's fine" There was no care whatsoever!

Extremely overpriced for special event weekend for the condition of the hotel. Clean, but extremely outdated, and in need of repair and new furnishings. Staff friendly, but did not acknowledge diamond status for Hilton member

This hotel is in a super location. Closed to restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue is that it is an older hotel and in need of repairs and a facelift. In our room we found peeling ceiling in the shower and a stain of some kind on the mattress.
I would consider staying again, if repairs were made

First few nights room with King Size bed, the window overlooked brick wall and bathtub needed to be changed out but did work. Changed to a room with queen beds and it was more “roomy” and overlooked the Main Street. If you are a light sleeper, there is a bar across the street which tends to get very loud until early hours of the morning. Extremely nice staff and quick service on anything you need.
