Check in was very easy, staff is very kind. We arrived late, around 11pm so finding your own parking is a nightmare. You're essentially forced to pay for Valet parking. Room was great, no issues. Breakfast buffet is also very good. There are signs for snacks vending machines on certain floors, but we found none at all.

Check in was easy and everyone was friendly. I will say when we arrived on Thursday evening, there were piles of laundry in the halls on our floor - that made me a little nervous - but our room appeared clean and it was comfortable. The laundry was gone by the next morning. Close to several restaurants and bars, circle center. There is a sign in the lobby that tells you the area where the hotel is located is not a quiet area, so please don't expect that.
We had such a great experience. This is our second time staying here and it’s definitely our favorite. We love the location and all the accommodations that come with staying here. Dwayne was an excellent vallet driver, and took great care of our car.
This room was from the 60s. Old beat up furniture. Dirty. No maid service. Bed was worn out. Could feel the springs. Talked to front desk, got no response, never heard directly from management. Stay somewhere else.
