Really made me, my wife and 7 month old baby feel at home. Whole staff went above and beyond for us. Angelica in particular was so awesome. Of course me, as the man, tried planning the stay here. I had us checking out 6 hours prior to the Pacers game, thank god this staff made every accommodation to make sure we didn’t have to roam the streets.

The property is located very convenient to transportation and the Gainbridge Fieldhouse (home of the Pacers). The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was ok - it could have used a vacuum (as could the hallway) and the shower temperature level fluctuated on an almost comical interval. The (included) breakfast was solid. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

I had a wonderful stay in downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. I enjoyed all of the hotel features and facilities as well as the central location. Brain Bain offered an exemplary valet service experience and kept my vehicle safe. Highly recommended.
