I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Downtown Indianapolis Hampton Inn. My Husband and I booked a block of rooms for our wedding in July. The staff at the Hampton, especially Angie and Desi, went above and beyond the minimum effort to make sure our guests were comfortable and happy. The valet service from Patrick and Doug was fast and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the serving staff was so kind and helpful. Truly an amazing experience, the best service I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Eric was very helpful and professional! They let us take our time to unload the car. We didn’t feel rushed. The QR code scanning was very helpful to alert valet that we were leaving and our car was ready to go when we go to the lobby!

Enjoyed a fantastic stay. Smooth check in and check out, room as described, great view of the circle of lights! Property seems to be well managed and staffed. Will stay here when in the area again. It’s the simple things when traveling such as a clean room that’s available at check in time that’s appreciated these days.

We stayed last weekend and truly enjoyed this hotel! From the moment we arrived...every was perfect! The valet guys were friendly, helpful and always had a smile. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly! The rooms were clean, the hallways were clean, everything smelled fresh and bright! Breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to make you smile and give you a great experience! When we come back to Indy...this will be our "go-to!"

Hotel was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was fast and easy. Ron, the dining room host, was very friendly, pleasant and helpful, assuring us a plentiful, hot, and delicious breakfast. I will be staying at this hotel again the next time I'm in Indianapolis.

From the moment we were greeted by the valet, we had a great experience at this hotel. It is beautiful and close to the convention center and mall. We needed extra pillows and blankets and someone brought them right up to our room. Breakfast was great and the breakfast room was very clean.

This my first time staying at this site and usually I don’t like to stay at a Hotel in the City due to Parking.
The first person who greeted me was Ross from the parking valet and he turn the parking experience from a challenge to a easy and smooth process..

The next person I meet was Sara at the Front Desk and she was very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about everything I asked.
I used the automatic check in and it gave me the first available room, which faced out to a wall.. I called down to the front desk and again spoke to Sara and she apologized and explained why this happens and change me to a new room with and upgraded view.
So this hotel and the staff I met are awesome and definitely made me change my mind about a city hotel … Nice Job to you both

I waited a little too long to book a room at the Embassy, so the Hampton it was. The hotel is clean, well operated, but the crossroads it sits on makes for a very noisy stay. It is a good location, and within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown. We took an Uber from the airport, as we would not need a vehicle while here. If you did drive, the parking is limited and you will pay $35.00/day for it.

From the valet service and bellhop helping me in, the front desk staff answering all my questions and requests, to the amazing room, large tub, and great amenities, the Hampton staff and their historic building with every modern convenience made my stay welcoming, friendly, and fun. Doug and Francisco at the valet desk were amazing! Went up and beyond the call of duty to help with my car problems. They were not discouraged that somebody was sitting there holding up their valet line; they were patient with everything. Wish there were more people like these guys!

Valet is $40, (we only stayed overnight) they do help with bags! I typically tip a few bucks when requesting my car. In and out privileges!! Hope that helps!!
Hello Chandler! We wash our duvets daily, so you can always count on fresh linens and a clean worry-free comforter.
Parking was $28 dollars a day. There was self parking in other garages, but I’m not sure of prices. I know the Circle Centre has parking but I’m not sure if you can park their overnight. I believe that price was $10 dollars max. Call tha Hampton and ask if parking is cheaper elsewhere?
Hello: It seems they have two or three lots, one directly beside the hotel, at least one a block away. Both open air, not really secure, just normal outside lots. We had no problems. Fees were probably $27/28.00 per day , a bit steep. Hope this helps. John
