Stayed here for 1 night at the end of September. Very conveniently situated close by the Milano Centrale Station and the metro. About a 5-10 min walk.
Check in was fast and the room was okay. Definitely can see that it was worn out and needs some renovation to make it more modernized like USB connections.
I had a late flight the next day and the front desk was so gracious in extending my room until 5pm due to the fact that the hotel was not at full capacity. That's a rarity and super appreciated that!
Had breakfast and appreciated the attentive service. Though in Covid times it's not a self serve buffet.
Overall would stay here again if I am ever back in Milan!

Good location near the central station but this hotel is badly in need of an upgrade. Furniture and carpets are old and dated. Room was small and dark, bathroom space is very tight.
As a Diamond member, I was treated to an upgrade. Hard to imagine what the original accommodations might have been. Looks like an upgrade merely puts a guest on a higher floor with no appreciable plus in luxury.
The executive lounge was well stocked with drinks and all kinds of snacks. Complimentary breakfast was standard Hilton fare: eggs, cheeses, breads and pastries — a wide selection of food and attentive staff.
Front desk staff warm and courteous.
As a Diamond member, I was treated to an upgrade. Hard to imagine what the original accommodations might have been. Looks like an upgrade merely puts a guest on a higher floor with no appreciable plus in luxury.

Friendly reception. Comfortable clean room with windows that can be opened. Brightly lit bathroom. Excellent breakfast, extensive variety of high quality products. Especially loved the 3 cheeses and bresaola. One of the best breakfasts I've had in years. Service in the breakfast room very attentive. It was noticed that I was struggling to get my jar of yogurt opened and a gentleman intervened without me asking and opened it for me. The staff is really service oriented. Paula in the dining room at dinner was endlessly patient concerning my indecisiveness, was knowledgeable about preparations and ingredients, and made suggestions for modified preparations to accommodate my allergies. She provided professional service with a smile. The Maitre d' is a lovely man attentive to seeing all guests were pleased. There was nothing regarding the room, staff, or food that could be faulted. Try the veal Milanese! I look forward to a return visit.

With only one night in Milan, and a train to Venice the following day, we chose the Hilton Milan for it's proximity to Milano Centrale. It's a five minute stroll to the station, and 20 minute Metro to the Duomo. With two separate rooms reserved, we arrived late morning, and the front desk allowed for early check in. They offered to place us on the same floor, but after a long flight we just took whatever was ready. As a Hilton Diamond member, I received an upgrade. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options, omelettes made to order, and servers taking coffee orders and clearing tables promptly. The front desk stored our bags after check out as we squeezed in a few more hours of exploration before departing to Venice. Very little time spent at the hotel, but with the time we had, everything was on point.

I have stayed many times at this hotel, but this will be my last time.
The standards at this hotel have really slipped well below par.
Very dirty rooms, housekeeping is very poor.
They are charging 5 start prices and giving a two star service

We have stayed in many Hilton properties around the world and are Lifetime Diamond members. We enjoy Hiltons internationally as they tend to provide more amenities and better/more services. Hilton Milan is a great example of that. Great location from train station so easy access, just down the street. Common areas are really beautiful and modern, the manager generously upgraded us to an amazing suite that we thoroughly enjoyed and will long remember. Also enjoyed the Executive Lounge very much - nice selections of hot dishes, small plates, salad, salami, bread. Only suggestions to improve the lounge - cheese - you are in Italy after all and a selection of cheese would have been nice, also the lounge attendant was pouring the drinks and while he was doing the best he could it backed things up, slower to get drinks refilled, food refilled and tables were left dirty for a little too long....... that said still a lovely lounge that we really enjoyed. Everyone we dealt with here were lovely and very helpful

Perfection! Wish I could've stayed longer.
Excellent front desk manager and staff.
Beautiful room, with comfortable bed and nice view.
Just a short 2 min walk to the Centrale station, where you can catch the express train to MXP, or bus to LIN. Can walk or metro all over Milano from here with ease.
I know Milano well, so ask any questions.

Located near the main train station, the Hilton Milan is walking distance to several decent restaurants and a block from the subway. Hotel staff universally friendly, helpful and responsive. The concierge found us a near hidden courtyard restaurant nearby which was much appreciated after our connecting journey into Milan. Parking facility is separately managed with no in-and-out privileges, but at 25 euro / day is reasonable.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it did not disappoint in the least. The room is great, with good lighting, sufficient heat, and a comfortable bed. And it was so quiet that I had the best sleep of my entire vacation. The people manning the reception desk are always nice at this hotel. Most of all, dinner at the hotel's restaurant and the breakfast are exceptional. The maitre'd was welcoming and Paola was an incredibly knowledgeable server and was helpful in making sure we got exactly what we wanted for dinner. The breakfast is outstanding, one of the best I've ever had as I told the hosts. The waffles, bresarola, and orange juice were especially out of this world delicious. The selection of cheeses was also excellent. And I always love getting fresh honey right off the comb. The hotel is located just a couple of blocks from the train station and taxi's always seem to be available out front if needed. Thank you Hilton Milan for making the last night of my vacation a great experience.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic and so helpful and accommodating. Particularly Giuseppe and Gianna were great!
I had a little problem with my room, and it was immediately addressed and I was actually moved to another room while they completed fixing the issue. The hotel is in a great location (I consider great to be away from the massive noise of the central city. I highly recommend this property.

With. I’m room safe shampoo and conditioner I do know that is provided by the hotel in the room.
About the 3 pair of sleepers I really don’t know but I’m sure that the amazing hotel staff will do their best to get that for you

I would say early check in No ! We got there and our room wasn’t ready so we left the bags and went out to the city
Hotel was very busy at the time and of course the high status card holders are allowed late check outs so it will ultimately depend on the day
Email them about a day room as they can possibly give you a reduced rate
The hotel is perfect for exploring Milan on your own. We walked all around Milan. Also within a block from the hotel is a subway station and street bus stops. I doubt if the hotel offers trips; however, within Milan there are numerous travel locations offering day trips through Italy and beyond. I can’t help you on your New Year’s Eve question.
