Hotel is close the train station. Rooms feel old and tired- odd shaped room with a tiny bathroom. Check in staff were efficient if unfriendly. Did not get a chance to have breakfast. Executive room was soulless with tables stacked next to each other and very little in the way of appetizers. Better options nearby.

We come to Hilton for quality standards, our room 2038 was tired. The sheets didnt fit the bed properly so if you move they all untuck and end up with you in bed. The bathroom roof had leaked at some stage, so there was yellow patch - just paint it. The sanitary bag holder just fell off the wall if brushed by it, the couch had faded/light stains on it. Our bedside tables had marks and smears on them. We were so disappointed as this was our 40th wedding anniversary and we were looking forward to Milan and a bit of luxury. We told our concerns to staff who were attentive, they fixed the bag holder, they put on bigger sheets and cleaned the bedside tables. But the room quality was still substandard and stained. I dont live in a property with this poor standard so very disappointed.

Stayed at the Hilton for a short city break in Milan. Hotel is located close to central station which is handy for the Metro. Across the road are some great local resturants which were good. not cheap but better value than eating in hotel. Room was on 8th floor, larger than I expected and comfortable. The room overall look was dated, scuff marks on walls, gaps between air vents and walls - small things that detract from what should be a great room. The shower head was also broken - how a cleaner cant spot this and deal with this simple maintenance issue is beyond me. I found broken shower head after it sent water all over the bathroom floor - reported it to reception who arranged for it to be fixed.

Location, location, location. Walking distance from the main Centrale Train Station; 1/2 block away from the street trams and subway; Aldi shopping marker right next door; restaurants close buy; I can't say enough about how the hotel staff went out of their way to make you happy. The hotel breakfast is excellent, European & American. Freshly squeezed orange juice, honey dripping from a honey comb. The hotel lounge offers coffee/cappuccino/water throughout the entire day; evening social was good. This is by far the best Hilton I have stayed out to date.

So many good things about this hotel I don’t know where to start. I had a great stay for four nights. Excellent location right near the station which makes getting around milan and doing day trips outside the city very easy. Concierge is excellent - they organised tours, taxis and restaurants. They are extremely friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Room was a good size, clean and tidy. Robes and slippers were soft. House keeping did a great job and even left me extra toiletries after they realised I must have loved the moisturiser. Breakfast catered to everyone with lots of options including gluten free bread and crackers etc. I would definitely stay at Hilton milan again!

Family Vacation in Milan for the first time . I picked this Hilton for the location ... walking distance from the Central Trian Station , Subway , bus and suburban rail system . We stayed for a week and glad to see Face mask is required for staffs / guests in public areas . Hand sanitizers everywhere . Cleaning staffs cleaning & sanitizing all the time . The option of " in your room Covid testing " 48/72 hours before your flight is so thoughtful . There are many restaurant around if you don't want to eat at the Hotel . Breakfast choices are good for covid time . Fresh orange juice serve every morning to boost up your vitamin C . Friendly and helpful staffs are everywhere from front desk , host , wait staff and cleaning staff . Special call out to Mel at the Executive Lounge for attention to detail and exceptional service with a smile all the times . Thank you for the wonderful stay away from home . We will be back when we visit Milan .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Milan, car parking underneath with a lift into the lobby was a nice start after a long day travelling. Staff at reception and in the bar very helpful and friendly. Service at the buffet breakfast was also quality.
Room was fine, two huge windows that open fully into the room to allow you watch the city in the morning. Shower fittings and fixtures slightly dated would be my only complaint here. Aldi express right at the door for water etc. There is a lot of electric scooters, bikes and mopeds around if you're feeling adventurous.
Uber black brings you to the Duomo and nearby attractions for about 10 - 12€ which was very reasonable. Bar open till midnight with complimentary snacks if you return for a night cap.
Would definitely return here.

The hotel is very conveniently located in the city. We found that it was only about a 2-3 minute brisk walk from Milano Centrale Station. From this station we arrived and departed to the Malpensa airport. Additionally from the station we used the Metro line, which runs lines 2 and 3 through the city. For reference we found that, line 3 took us to Duomo station in around 5 minutes meaning you could get to the main square and sightseeing locations of Milan in around 10 minutes from the hotel.
If you’re also planning a day trip to Lake Como then this is also the train station you need and this hotel really couldn’t be in a better located for the price.
For our trip we did arrive a little early at the hotel before the scheduled check in time of 15:00, at around 11:30 so we initially planned to ask to drop the bags off and explore the city. However after we were warmly greeted at reception, we were informed that the room was already ready and we were able to check in straight away to our delight.
The room was very modern looking, spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable, with a fridge provided that contained 2 free bottles of water. Air conditioning managed to save the room from the 38c temperatures outside and kept the room very breathable during the night meaning no sleep was loss.
The staff were friendly throughout the hotel and happy to help. We did see the dining section in the lobby but couldn’t comment on the service as we didn’t partake. However it seemed busy and looked appetizing from walking through.
Great hotel if you’re looking close proximity to Milano Centrale Station. Friendly staff and modern rooms. Can’t really be better for the area.

We stayed in Milan for 3 nights. From the moment we arrived the lovely concierge took our bags into the hotel and was greeted by a friendly receptionist who let us leave our bags and come back to check in later. We were upgraded to a spacious king room with a really comfy bed. The room was spotlessly clean and perfect for us. We had executive lounge access which had yummy snacks and great drinks available. We decided to have dinner in the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we had in the whole of Milan, we had a traditional Milanese Risotto which was cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed it! The staff in the restaurant were so attentive and friendly. All of the staff in the hotel made our stay amazing and we would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you for a fab stay!

This hotel has outclassed its competitors across Europe! From the minute I walk in the door, I am greeted by name! Sarah, Pio, Hermada, Gianluca, Lisa.. are the picture perfect guest reception! Although the restaurants in the area remain closed except for takeout, Concept 45, the hotel restaurant provides absolutely delicious Italian meals in the bar.. it’s such a luxury to enjoy dinner that is still served to the table!
Francesca and Mya do a remarkable job attending to all the hotel guests while Duncan and Andrea are creating memorable meals ! If you’re coming to Milan this hotel should be your first choice..from reception to location...it’s got you covered.

With. I’m room safe shampoo and conditioner I do know that is provided by the hotel in the room.
About the 3 pair of sleepers I really don’t know but I’m sure that the amazing hotel staff will do their best to get that for you

I would say early check in No ! We got there and our room wasn’t ready so we left the bags and went out to the city
Hotel was very busy at the time and of course the high status card holders are allowed late check outs so it will ultimately depend on the day
Email them about a day room as they can possibly give you a reduced rate
The hotel is perfect for exploring Milan on your own. We walked all around Milan. Also within a block from the hotel is a subway station and street bus stops. I doubt if the hotel offers trips; however, within Milan there are numerous travel locations offering day trips through Italy and beyond. I can’t help you on your New Year’s Eve question.
