Detailed Reviews
From check in to check out entire staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was large, clean, and had windows that could open. Everything functioned properly. Small gripe was paper cups in the room, but I understand the need for disposables during covid, and the need to be ecologically friendly, hence no plastic or ceramic. The air in the lobby was overly scented, but spent only minutes there as check in was quick. Ate lunch and dinner in the restaurant and the food and service were very good. Breakfast was fine. Air conditioning was too cold in my room, but front desk adjusted it for me. The hotel is in walking distance from Milano Centrale station.--take the Duc d'oasta exit (sp)?), I would not hesitate to stay there again, and I thank the staff for their kind attention.

I’ve always been a Hilton guy ever since and I’ve never had a bed that made me so itchy at night!( I woke up with bites on my arm). I told the hotel if I could transfer into a different room but they wanted to deep clean it instead. Checking in early is a nice perk but I wish they should have cleaned it better to prevent bites from insects. They insisted it was mosquitoes but I definitely know it is not.

This is an excellent hotel! It's located only a few minutes walk away from the Central Station, where you can easily catch the train, bus, or Metro. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is excellent (especially Gianna at the front desk) and they really could not do enough to help us! Our King Deluxe room was also a very nice size and even included a shower/bathtub combo as well as a stand-alone shower. The Executive Lounge was a nice place to grab a drink in the evening during the nightly Reception; my only critique here is that there could have been a larger selection of hot food items offered. All in all we were very happy with our stay!

This was a very short stay (2 nights) in Milan and on arrival the reception/foyer were impressive and very clean which gives a very positive first impression of the hotel. The reception staff were very friendly and the check in process was quick. The rooms were ready so we were able to check in 3 hours early which was a bonus.
Unfortunately, the rooms felt dated especially the bathrooms and I feel once these are modernized, it will really make this hotel experience much better.
Breakfast in the hotel was nice but small, however there was still a varied choice of options, however there were no staff around offering drinks or clearing plates which I would expect from a big chain such as a Hilton or anywhere!

I stayed several times at this Hilton. The Hilton Milan is a very good Hilton hotel conveniently located close to the Milan Central Station. Breakfast is of exceptional quality with plenty of choice (including Asian breakfast as well). As HHONORS Diamond Elite I was upgraded to Executive Rooms. The Executive Lounge is very good with free drinks (between 18h and 20h) and snacks. On a negative side, this time we got a rather old/outdated room (in need of renovation). In particular the bathroom looked rather old and we also suffered from noise from the neighbours. Therefore I only give a 4 star rating this time.

The room was comfortable, but the bathroom was a little tight with the bidet. We ordered room service for dinner and the food came quickly and was decent. The breakfast buffet was great. The concierge Pio helped us get tickets for the Duomo and recommended places for pasta & gelato. He was very nice and helpful. Be aware that you need your room key to use the elevator and it only allows you access to your floor. My parents were on another floor so we had to get a key to their room too so we could get to them.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, Dec 31 to Jan 2 and it was simply an average experience. Really not a good value for money. Rooms are small, personal hygiene products are cheap and they did not make the smallest effort to feel us welcomed during the Holidays. Not even a small gesture to mark New Year s Eve.

The hotel was in a very good location, especially as the offices I was visiting were almost next door! But it was an expensive choice and I don’t think worth the money. The hotel was a bit tired - my executive King room had a peeling worn desk chair and a very small, pokey bathroom for the price (and I was told it was a slightly bigger room (rm 205)!
There was a good gym and my booking gave me access to the executive lounge. I have accessed these lounges in multiple Hilton (and other brand) hotels. This was a very basic version with limited food, drinks & opening hours - only opening 10am-8pm meant you couldn’t go for breakfast and also couldn’t get back for a nightcap after dinner. This meant it was an almost unusable ‘perk’.
Sorry to say I wouldn’t bother returning.

Location is fantastic, next to train stop. Price was extremely affordable compared to more central hotels. Front desk was so friendly. Older hotel but still very clean and room was HUGE. If you’re driving you can find street parking for free on Sundays or there is a garage next door 30euros.

The hotel is very close to the central train station (itself a marvel, so worth visiting even if you're not catching a train). It will however require a metro ride or a 30 minute walk to the Duomo.
The rooms were a generous size and we appreciated the upgrade but the bathroom was very tiny and the hotel is very old and in need of an update.
The buffet breakfast and the executive lounge can get very loud and frantic, given the number of rooms in the hotel.
Staff were exceptional at check-in but less so at the buffet breakfast.

Hi,
With. I’m room safe shampoo and conditioner I do know that is provided by the hotel in the room.
About the 3 pair of sleepers I really don’t know but I’m sure that the amazing hotel staff will do their best to get that for you
Enjoy your travel

I would say early check in No ! We got there and our room wasn’t ready so we left the bags and went out to the city
Hotel was very busy at the time and of course the high status card holders are allowed late check outs so it will ultimately depend on the day
Email them about a day room as they can possibly give you a reduced rate
The hotel is perfect for exploring Milan on your own. We walked all around Milan. Also within a block from the hotel is a subway station and street bus stops. I doubt if the hotel offers trips; however, within Milan there are numerous travel locations offering day trips through Italy and beyond. I can’t help you on your New Year’s Eve question.
