Very clean. Very quiet. Lovely breakfast buffet with a large variety. (Strangely, no fish). Very helpful staff. There is gluten free bread and crackers.

Odd thing about bathroom: put illuminated mirror in a corner so tightly wedged bwtween toilet and sink it is virtually unusable. Everything on buffet is marked for different allergens and while most prepared hot items have gluten the others are safe.

Large fluffy towels. Plenty of eclectic outlets. Located very close to Central TT as in station making using public transit excellent and very easy choice.

Executive lounge is better than most but very few gluten free items available.

(Note: Uber is not a good choice in Milan and neither is car rentals in city because of unknown tolls. Cabs are only available at Taxi stands but quite expensive.
Subways are so usable. Clean. Fast.)

We stayed at Hilton Milano for 5 nights, prior to departure on a cruise out of Civitevecchia. What helped us select this hotel was the proximity to the Centrale train station and we are fans of Hilton. Our room is a very nice suite with lots of space, especially for a European hotel. The food has been excellent at all 3 restaurants. The executive lounge has all you can eat and drink (unlimited wine with many choices + soft & alcohol drinks)from 6-8pm. The breakfast buffet was very complete with bacon, eggs, fruit, pastries and Lavassa coffee. The hotel restaurant was excellent, I had a breaded Veal chop that was a 10/10, my wife enjoyed her risotto.
The service at Hilton Milan was also 10/10. Any request that we made was taken care immediately. When we checked into the room,it smelled of cigarette smoke, they had no similar rooms available, but they brought an "ionizer?" that cleared the smell while we were enjoying the free executive lounge.
Taxis have been readily available outside the lobby and the taxi prices have been cheaper than UBER.
We are usually hard to please, but Hilton Milan has lived up to our expectations.
PS, the manager Laura was very nice and accommodating as was most of the staff that we

After a couple of months I don't really remember much of my 2 nights at the Hilton Milano. That's probably a good and a bad thing. There was nothing particularly wrong with my stay, other than the room being a within a couple of years of renovation and the Executive Lounge being a bit of a zoo. The restaurant was also somewhat pricey. Nonetheless the location is ideal if you want Centrale, though a bit away from more central parts of the city centre, it was quiet enough and comfortable enough.

Stayed in this hotel with my wife during our recent visit to Milan. This hotel is certainly in a great location, being just a couple of blocks from the city’s central station. It has the feel of the Hilton brand, so one can be sure of what is one is going to get. Rooms are reasonably sized. The staff are unfailingly polite and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and the food in the onsite restaurant is first class. Milanese favourites can be sampled there. My only reservation is that the hotel had the feeling that it was being run with a minimum of staff, so that thing which should have been done quickly took longer than necessary. I did have one incident in the restaurant in which service was very slow. The management did resolve my complaint, which was appreciated, but it should not have occurred in a properly staffed restaurant.

So this is our 3rd visit in the space of 6 months and each has been great. From February and still in Covid measures with facilities reduced, to 5 days last week, each visit has been really good. Room upgrades each time as a Diamond member were gratefully received and the extra space helped us unwind after some stressful days flat hunting and settling our student son into Bocconi for a year.

The location is a little off centre but near to the up and coming new area around the Uni Credit skyscraper and Bosco Verticale so set to be a increasingly good spot for the next few years. Close to central station and the metro, which is really easy to navigate to get into Duomo and the Galleria.

Breakfast can be a little busy and we had one waitress yesterday morning who tried to serve us two squirts of ready made (Stewed Americano) from a flask instead of the excellent freshly made expresso to try and save herself time and a short walk to the coffee bar. We saw you lady and you need calling out as you also forgot the egg order at the same time as you didn't write it down!

Good gym and a really useful parking lot (Parking International) underneath the hotel though run independently so not Hilton. Very good if you have a large, tall or expensive car and want it to be safe.

Exec lounge team good and decent variety of both snacks and drinks during happy hour - 6-8pm.

Would recommend strongly and we'd return whenever in Milan.

We came to celebrate our anniversary and were very happy with the hotel. The hotel was fully booked and very busy, but the front desk staff were all helpful and kind. Our room was a standard king with a large bathroom, and a very comfy bed. The mini refrigerator was not working properly, but the staff sent up some ice for us. The room has a coffee maker, hairdryer, slippers (no robes), iron and ironing board, nice towels and bath amenities (soap, gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion). Plenty of outlets and quiet enough for a good nights sleep. We recomend this hotel.

Our two connecting rooms remained hot for our entire stay after notifying the Front Desk and also requesting electric fans. Electric fan request was immediately denied. We were told hotel maintenance was notified but this was proven false. Members of our family stayed in another part of the hotel and the temperature was perfect. Management acted like they were never notified and the issue was our fault as we were not at the front desk constantly demanding new room assignments. Management finally admitted their HVAC system showed our rooms exceedingly hot after I pressed and pressed mgt for a response. Two days after checkout they offered me 10,000 points as consideration but continued to refuse in writing about the issues below Hilton standards. The property enjoys the benefit of flying Hilton colors but does not support the obligations the colors bring. Property caters to aircrew with special perks, benefits, and preferential treatment. If you are next in line when aircrew show up, you are first in line after the entire aircrew is processed.

We have spent two nights in this conveniently located hotel (easy to reach by car as well as by public transport), close to the Milan central train station. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center (about 40 minutes to the Duomo) and even closer to the very nice Isola area (about 15 minutes walk).

Service was good, professional and friendly by all staff. Breakfast after our first night was very busy, but much better and quieter after the second night (went earlier). Choice of foods and drinks for breakfast was good despite the Covid measures.

Being Hilton Honours Gold member, we were upgraded to a very nice large corner room on a high floor. The room was a bit dated, but was very spacious and comfortable, including a sitting area.

As the Executive Lounge was closed because of Covid, we were provided with complimentary drinks in the bar on the ground floor instead (between 17:00 and 19:00).

When staying in Milan next, we would certainly consider staying here again.

This is a very nice hotel with great, friendly staff. We were able to check in a little early and the front desk was so accommodating. We had two rooms and she put us next door to each other.

The room itself is very comfortable. The bathroom can use a bit of a renovation, but the bedroom was nice. It was very quiet and we all had a good nights rest.

The location is very convenient to the main train station if you’re planning to go around Italy or Europe. There are also two metro lines nearby so it’s convenient to get around the city. Also there is a bus service at the train station that can take you to MXP if you don’t want to take the train.

The Hilton Milan would have been a very good option for our several-nights stop in Milan on our way from Morocco to Poland. We planned to take the train from the airport to Central Train Station and then easily walk to the hotel. France, however, graciously derailed those plans by closing their airspace without notice. The resulting flight delays caused us to finally arrive at the hotel via an expensive taxi ride at 3:30am. The staff was accomodating, breakfasts were good and the Executive Lounge was excellent. The hotel's location near Duomo Square allowed for a quick Uber ride to spend the better portion of our only day in Milan seeing a few of the city's attractions. Even at our very, very late arrival, our suite upgrade was honored, and the late checkout provided us an additional few hours to enjoy Milan.

I would say early check in No ! We got there and our room wasn’t ready so we left the bags and went out to the city Hotel was very busy at the time and of course the high status card holders are allowed late check outs so it will ultimately depend on the day Email them about a day room as they can possibly give you a reduced rate

The hotel is perfect for exploring Milan on your own. We walked all around Milan. Also within a block from the hotel is a subway station and street bus stops. I doubt if the hotel offers trips; however, within Milan there are numerous travel locations offering day trips through Italy and beyond. I can’t help you on your New Year’s Eve question.
