Located on Placa Urquinaona, in the heart of Barcelona, the H10 Urquinaona Plaza is a newly built hotel housed within a nineteenth century building that maintains some of its original structure and beautifully crafted ceilings, which have been combined with a very contemporary interior design that uses clean lines and simple colours. The hotel features the Novecento Restaurant, bar, gym and Chill-Out Terrace with plunge pool and outstanding views over the city. It also has 3 meeting rooms that are perfect for small company events.

Stayed here with my husband and 4 year old for 3 days. Location absolutely perfect, waking distance to everything so much so we ‘stumbled’ across lots of the places we intended to go and visit.
We took the airport bus to and from the hotel to the airport, which is super easy, about 30 mins and stop is round the corner from the hotel.
Chilled hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds with quality bedding. Breakfast was really good.
The teddy, juice and biscuits in the room for our little one was a nice touch and went down a treat as did the welcome glass of cava. Really enjoyable stay, would definitely recommend.

Everything about this amazing boutique hotel was SUPER!
Super interior! Super staff! Super location! Super...!!! Our group of eight people, four coupes, stayed at H10 Urquinaona Plaza from Feb 3 to Feb 8 and celebrated two birthdays in Barcelona.We had four rooms overlooking beautiful internal atrium. Everything about this hotel was fantastic! Lot of thanks to whole staff. You are a great team! We wish to come back soon :)

We're back from a long weekend in Barcelona, and the hotel was fantastic - beautiful decor, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and amazing breakfasts. The bubbly as soon as we arrived after a long day travelling was very welcome and the staff on reception and at the door were warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We had a dip in the rooftop plunge pool, which we were pleased to see was open, even in February. We'd highly recommend.

We had the best stay at this hotel. It is a perfect location walkable to most locations and has a metro/bus stop over the road. The hotel lobby is beautiful, and the reception staff were all pleasant. The male who does concierge (I forgot his name!) is amazing and so attentive. We used the rooftop pool and bar often and it was great- it does get busy at times but often it was very quiet and a perfect sun trap throughout the day. I have to note the air conditioning in the rooms are fab and honestly saved us in the hot weather! We had a room overlooking the square with a balcony, it’s a busy square and the soundproofing felt like you were not in the city at all! The room was very clean. Only thing was the drainage system in the shower was not the best. Overall, we had a fab stay at this hotel and would definitely go back!

Perfect location. I wanted to try the the H10 hotels and I loved this location . I walked past the others that are near but this one is the best halfway point for me . If you take the Aerobús from airport perfect and convenient leaves you block and a half away which is good if you have luggage. Then you have to visit sagrada familia you can walk a little length but overall found it walkable . As for property my room was a smart room yet I would have liked explanation etc , bathroom needed showing signs of wear , breakfast is expensive but if you book straight on H10 website it is included. They do have a star in their property and that is Rosario from check in to other nights she was so helpful with information, nice , and truly was great .

We were a family of 4 and had a fantastic stay. Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and great breakfast. Our rooms overlooked the street but the soundproofing is very good so we slept well each night. Spacious rooms with a couch, comfortable beds, excellent shower and every part of the hotel was very clean! The staff was amazing. They booked a restaurant for us ahead of time for Christmas dinner and were quick to offer help each morning as we headed out for sightseeing. Breakfast was incredible, appreciated the carafe of orange juice at our table and the food selection was great. Loved the "chef's special" salad each morning. Bar staff was super, and so friendly each night when we returned thirsty after sightseeing. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Stayed three nights after arriving from freezing Frankfurt at the start of of winter Iberian adventure.
The hotel is centrally located and easy walking distance to the older part as well as the shopping areas. The property itself is reportedly from the 19th century though it has been furnished with the latest modern conveniences.
Staff were uniformly friendly from the reception staff onwards. We had a slightly bigger room because there were three of us. Our room faced the inner area and thus does not have an outside view.
The room itself is longish with a sofa bed. Bathroom is large with twin sinks. The room itself has a coffee maker though not a kettle. In room safe is also included. The cupboard itself is strangely high that the wife remarked people in Spain must all be very tall. Wifi is free and adequate.
Breakfast is in the basement and while does not match up to Asia’s better hotels in terms of variety, was very adequate for our purpose. Cava is included which is very civilized we thought. There’s also a convenience store right next door, which is very helpful.

This hotel is fantastic for many reasons: it is really well located; the staff are excellent; the rooms are well designed; it is exceptionally clean and the H10 loyalty programme is a massive bonus. We were given welcome cocktails on arrival, complimentary water, chocolates, a discounted rate and a free breakfast each day. The staff were ultra friendly and efficient. I could not find fault with this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

This was a last minute stay for a stressful situation as our daughter who was studying with IES Abroad in Barcelona was placed in an unsafe apartment. I arrived and had our daughter join me in staying at H10 until we could resolve her housing issues. Jordan at the desk was wonderful! Along with the other staff, they all went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and were so sensitive to the stress we were under. They offered fantastic recommendations and always warmly welcomed us with refreshments and a few sweets! The hotel is beautiful-clean and stunning! The location is right in the city center walkable to the everything, even 2 metro stops. We would recommend anyone stay here when visiting Barcelona and cannot wait to return (under less stressful circumstances). The H10 is a gem and their staff make it feel like dear friends are hosting you! Thank you!

Just returned for a lovely stay!
We stayed for 3 nights in a family room with an internal view rather than balcony.
This is in a fantastic location just 2 mins from Placa Catalunya where we caught the tour bus each day. The hotel was walking distance to so many attractions, shops and restaurants. We loved the gothic quarter.
We were welcomed with treats and drinks which was lovely after a late flight. Breakfast was really lovely!

Family rooms will comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Rooms feel spacious and do offer a smidge of privacy.
Our room had a fridge and a coffee machine. We did not occupy the room class you want to book.
