Rooms are very clean. Pauline & Lee were amazing hosts. Friendly & accomadating. BBQ area is a real bonus. Hot plate, fridge & sink allow you to cook & wash dishes in-house. Good during this pandemic.

A warm welcome, and a very pleasant two-night stay. The Piccadilly is located on a quiet street, away from highway traffic. My room was well appointed, clean, quiet, and cozy. The buffet breakfast was a delight with a wide range of delicious choices.

The owners are extremely anxious to have you enjoy your stay, and try to accomodate all your needs. He even rewashed all our sheets so that we would not have any scents in our room, when we arrived. The motel is lovely, and as the other reviews state, the breakfasts which are cooked and served there in a lovely environment, are quite amazing. Generous and most delicious! The outdoor seating is also extremely nice, and the big red bus is really unique. We recommend getting a cabin if noise is an issue, as all motels have people coming and going at different times. It is in a perfect location for all your needs. Thank you Piccadilly owners, for taking such good care of us seniors!!

A must stay experience in Radium. The 2 bedroom cottage we stayed in was clean cozy and comfortable and had a kitchenette, fridge, living room with sofa, felt like home on the road. Was treated to special personal attention from Pauline and Lee. The home made breakfast of Quiche, sausages, hash browns, banana bread was superb.

Our family has spent quite a bit of time in Radium and passed the Piccadilly often, noticing what an adorable and well kept place it was. This weekend we needed a last minute stay and spent one night. Our stay was an absolute delight!
The owners are a lovely couple, so hospitable and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and are going above and beyond to keep their guests healthy through this pandemic.
Our room was very comfortable. Hubs said best sleep ever in a hotel bed! Lots of room for a family of four including a good sized mini fridge and coffee maker. Our kids especially loved that we were right across the street from the playground and around the corner from the candy shop.
Best part - their breakfast! Delicious home made waffles, eggs benny, French toast, fruit.
We would 100% return to this adorable little piece of Radium hospitality and highly recommend for couples and families alike.

The Piccadilly is in a great location with easy walking access to Main Street and a neighbouring park. The owners are absolutely lovely people and made the stay feel like visiting family rather than a motel. The breakfast was homemade, fresh and delicious new items each day. The cottage was comfy and the sitting area out front was great. Will definitely stay here again.

The owners are very friendly and accommodating. Included is a free breakfast that is prepared by the staff, The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. Lots of space. Any information you need about the area, the owners are able to assist. We will definitely be back .

We stayed 2 nights at The Piccadilly in Radium over Easter weekend 2021. What an awesome place! The owners, Pauline and Lee, are very welcoming and totally sincere. The red double decker bus is an iconic highlight and added to the atmosphere with Lee’s easy listening playlist coming from the bus. Strict COVID protocols in place made us feel very safe. Lots of great hiking in the area. Our Saturday hike took us to an area overlooking the town, the Piccadilly bus stands out! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...will be back!!

Piccadilly Hotel Radium Hot Springs Owners Lee & Pauline
This nice little hotel is excellent for a stop over,or an extended stay in the area. We did a golf week here. Pauline & Lee are awesome they have connections with the local golf courses. Pauline is well known by the local courses, she checks with courses daily to ensure everything is booked & good to go. This saved us from going to different sites & places to book our courses & tee times. Plus with the savings we had more funds to do other things. They have a quaint back yard with all the things a group would like to use like a fire place & hot tub, this is an extra cost of course as you would have to book the area for a few days to get the usage out of it plus the staff can maintain the area for the group. The Cabin was great, very clean & tidy has everything you need. They also have a BBQ area & gazebo to use or just sit on & relax. Was an excellent 4 night stay. Will book this great place next year for sure.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed at The Piccadilly in Radium and once again was not disappointed. Pauline and Lee the proprietors of Piccadilly went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and memorable. I stayed in the cabins and ordered take out. With a bottle of wine in hand, dinner and streaming a movie, the evening was a success. In the morning Pauline and Lee greeted me in the breakfast room with fresh home made waffles and quiche. They always ask the night before what you like and try to accommodate especially those folks that are regulars at Piccadilly. They've had groups, especially golfers coming there every year for over 20 years. It's like family they say, once you come back you're part of the family. Thanks again to both of them for another wonderful stay. Hope to bring Mom there one day to enjoy the beautiful flowers and sit and have breakfast in the old double decker bus!
