What a lovely hotel.On arrival was presented with a drink choice very welcoming after the flight and transfer.Booked a triple room and was very clean with plenty of room. The shower was good and house keeping fantastic & clean towels daily. Air con was good and so quiet didn’t even notice it was on.Fridge was filled with items you can purchase but you got complimentary water that was replaced daily.Breakfast plenty of hot /cold choices, orange juice was nice not powdered like many hotels.All staff were outstanding and hardworking & welcoming.Rooftop bar was good a lovely breeze on a hot day.The lift will not work if you enter without you room key .. you have to scan it to go up but not down….must be for security to stop anyone going up to rooms obviously good idea but not if you forget your key.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and the location is perfect! Easy to get around to major attractions and super close to the airport shuttle that goes to and from Placa Catalunya & the airport.
We stayed in a room facing the street (as we requested) on the 4th floor. The room was quiet even though we faced the street and had a really cute little balcony. The room and the rest of the hotel was clean. Breakfast was delicious, we highly recommend including it when you book. The rooftop bar & plunge pool were cute and relaxing.
The shining star of this hotel was the staff. They were so nice and helpful with recommendations on where to go, help booking restaurants, really anything we needed. They even gave us a bottle of Cava when we arrived since it was our honeymoon! Thomas and Fran at reception specifically came to our rescue when United cancelled our flight home and were able to get us additional nights at the last minute at a good rate. They made what could have been a terrible experience, so much better! We would definitely stay here again!

Just returned home after a week staying at this lovely hotel. Easy to get to from airport bus or metro there is a station just outside. The building is lovely, the reception area, bar and courtyard are great. I had a room at the front with a small balcony which was spacious. There is some noise from outside but was ok the rooms overlooking the inner courtyard were quieter. The terrace was a nice place to sit and relax or the rooftop bar with a small plunge pool. The most important aspect to the stay were the staff they were exceptional all of them were so friendly and helpful. 5* service. A lovely touch was the bottle of cava they provided as it was my birthday during the stay. Thank you for a great stay.

Myself and my 3 friends stayed at this hotel for a special occasion for 3 nights in October. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were impressed. The reception staff and concierge were so friendly and helpful, it felt like nothing was to much trouble. We were early for check in so enjoyed a few cocktails which were beautifully presented on the rooftop bar overlooking the city. Upon booking in we were delighted to find out that we had been upgraded to 2 rooms with balconies. The rooms are so clean and have everything you could need so top marks to the cleaning staff. Breakfast was lovely and the head waiter was so attentive nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is centrally located for everything and is a beautiful building. Myself and my friends are all frequent travelers and will definitely return to Barcelona with our husbands and when we do we will be booking at this hotel. We also will choose H10 hotels in other destinations after our fantastic experience at this one. Thank you to the Hotel and its staff.

You always want a hotel in a convenient location with a clean room and this easily delivered. There is a metro stop across the street so you can easily get anywhere in the city and it's really not a long walk to get to areas like La Rambla. As for the hotel, it is clean and modern. Very nice lobby area and a nice rooftop bar/terrace. However, what really stood out was the service. Someone else wrote they treated you like a VIP and I couldn't agree more. You were welcomed like a VIP when first entering and it never let up. I felt that when I spoke to one person about something in the morning, if a different person was there in the afternoon, they already knew about it and who I was. While there, we took a day trip to another town and a friend lost a camera while there. It was mentioned to the front desk in case somehow someone found it and discovered where we were staying. There really wasn't much that could be done and they probably knew it was a lost cause, but the person at the front desk called the police station in the other town to see if anyone had turned anything in. They seemed to really take an interest and didn't simply say there wasn't anything that could be done, as other places may have. I wish I had gotten everyone's name, but I'll just have to simply say thank you to everyone there and thank you for making a great first impression to a beautiful city.
