Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff only 5 minutes walking distance away from Plaça de Catalunya. If you want to explore this vibrating city thats the perfect place to stay. The rooms are very spacious with complementary coffee and water. The breakfast buffet offers everything for a fantastic start in to the day. There is a indoor bar with a little menu and a roof terrace bar which we didn’t use. The only minus point we have is the missing disinfection bottle by the entrance to the restaurant. Unfortunately people still even after 2 years of covid are not using provided tongs to put the food on their plate. Otherwise fantastic stay thanks to the location and fabulous staff at the reception and in the bar :)

Wow this hotel is awesome! This review is super honest so stay tuned! Overall my mom and I throughly enjoyed this hotel. The hotel is in a PERFECT LOCATION! literally center to everything. The Aerobus stop is only 4 min walk and there’s a metro station right outside the hotel. Honestly though my mom and I walked to pretty much every attraction because it was so close to everything (accept Park Güell of course). All the staff were superb and so helpful. Especially Rosy (I hope I got her name right! It’s short for Rosalina I think!) From the moment we came into the hotel she greeted us, gave us advice of what to do, gave us a map, and informed of us of when to come back to check into our room. She even made a list of restaurants to check out, printed it and gave it to us! Never experienced such awesome help. Way to go! (She deserves a raise!)

As far as the room, very beautiful room! We had a balcony that looked out on the terrace. It was very nice. My only two complaints are: 1. The beds were very hard! My mom and I need softer beds and I think even the average person would agree that the beds were on the rock solid side. And 2. If you’re not smokers like me and my mom, the smoke might bother you having a room with a balcony. A few nights the smoke came into our rooms and it was so strong that we could barely sleep. If you don’t like smoke or have any medical issues I would request a room WITHOUT a balcony to hopefully prevent that discomfort.

Other than those two complaints the room was clean, spacious, modern, and great.

I would stay again if we ever come back to Barcelona, but I would get a room without a balcony lol.

This is a great hotel in a great location. You can get a bus from the airport to Plaça de Catalunya which is only a 4 minute walk away. The staff were amazing from start to finish! We stayed both nights and breakfast had different options on both mornings. We had a balcony room on the 2nd floor, the room was modern and clean. Would definitely stay again.
