Located on Placa Urquinaona, in the heart of Barcelona, the H10 Urquinaona Plaza is a newly built hotel housed within a nineteenth century building that maintains some of its original structure and beautifully crafted ceilings, which have been combined with a very contemporary interior design that uses clean lines and simple colours. The hotel features the Novecento Restaurant, bar, gym and Chill-Out Terrace with plunge pool and outstanding views over the city. It also has 3 meeting rooms that are perfect for small company events.
Star ratings are intended to indicate the general level of features, amenities, and services to expect. This property is classified according to Giata.
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff only 5 minutes walking distance away from Plaça de Catalunya. If you want to explore this vibrating city thats the perfect place to stay. The rooms are very spacious with complementary coffee and water. The breakfast buffet offers everything for a fantastic start in to the day. There is a indoor bar with a little menu and a roof terrace bar which we didn’t use. The only minus point we have is the missing disinfection bottle by the entrance to the restaurant. Unfortunately people still even after 2 years of covid are not using provided tongs to put the food on their plate. Otherwise fantastic stay thanks to the location and fabulous staff at the reception and in the bar :)

Brilliant location and excellent for catching early morning airport bus . The building is amazing and spotlessly clean . What makes this hotel is the fabulous staff from the lovely helpful and kind maintenance man who had to show me how to work the tv to the cheery cleaners and breakfast staff . Would highly recommend. Alfonzo’s tapas bar is 2 mins away and is excellent for traditional tapas .

We loved this hotel, it’s in a great location- walkable to most everything. We stayed in a family room (3 adults 1 child) and it was so spacious, along with the bathroom. The room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating for our family/toddler. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I noticed reviews about the sink being in the room, that was not the case for our room that we stayed in (could be for other set ups but we have no complaints!) Hotel also has great amenities on site which is helpful when traveling with a toddler. We will definitely be back one day!

We really enjoyed our stay at this H10. The room was great - especially the outdoor jacuzzi which was already filled and heated for arrival. The rest of the room was a bit cramped and there wasn’t much storage space. The hotel was in a good area and close to main tourist and attractions. The hotel bar was very quiet and not one to stay for long.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! When I go to Europe, generally, I find that the hotel rooms are small and cramped. Not so here! The rooms were gorgeous, updated, and spacious. My room head is studying balcony with great views. The rooftop bar was charming. Every single employee we came in contact with was so friendly and helpful. The location could not be beat.

Centrally located very near to la Ramblas , the hotel is spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The breakfast is good as is the cocktail bar situated on the roof terrace. There is a small plunge pool and sun beds , great for a relaxing break after the visiting the sights. You can pick up the sightseeing bus from the main square approx 150 yards away.

Fabulous hotel, superb location, everywhere is a relatively short walk away. We booked a superior room with a balcony which was lovely -very spacious. The bathroom was a wee bit small and had no fan so did get a bit steamy. Interior of the hotel felt luxurious and classy. Great breakfast with lots of options -fried & boiled eggs, bacon, hash browns, cheeses, continental meats etc Coffee maker in the room but no tea bags. Limited storage and drawer space but was ok. Nice rooftop pool bar & terrace. Pool is dinky but nice to dip your toes in to cool down. Staff were polite, courteous & helpful at all times. Highly recommend

Had three days at H10 Urquinaona in Barcelona. We had been two years ago so this was a return visit. Room was lovely over looking the Square. Beds really comfortable and the best and biggest towels. Reception staff were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast staff were delightful and very friendly, coffee was none stop. A good choice for breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend. Hope to return.

Great location with friendly staff. We had a lovely clean room with all the mod cons, great for a city break. The roof top is a lovely place to get away from the crowds serving great food & drinks. Breakfast was totally adequate with lots of choice. We felt the health and safety of their guests was taken very seriously!

From the moment we entered the door we were treated amazingly. Sparkling wine while checking in, the man at the front door helped us to the elevator and walked with us to the room. The room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. There is a rooftop area to hang out and we brought a couple of beers to sit outside after a long day. There is a small bar with very attentive bartenders. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was attentive. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back. Even at the end they called a taxi the night before for us to the train station and the checkout was seamless. The location is fantastic. We were able to get about the entire city using our location as a starting point. The Metro and buses are very accessible. We are walkers so we were quite happy about our location.
