Write a reviewWe absolutely loved our stay at H10 Urquinanona! It was our honeymoon and they made us feel special with a complimentary upgrade to a balcony room and champagne and chocolates. It's a lovely brand new hotel in an amazing location. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was easily the best I've had in. hotel.
Special mention has to go out to the staff member Josep who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help us out. He was more than happy to answer any questions we had about Barcelona, help us with organising pre purchased tickets and directing us on how to get there. We would definitely return when (definitely not if!) in Barcelona again.

Stayed 1 night and I paid about 240 Euros for a superior room with terrace on a Saturday. I found the price was too much for that room.
The bathroom was rather small and the sink was even in the room which was really unusual and uncomfortable for me. Didn’t like it.
The double bed was ok for the comfort but not the best.
The terrace/big balcony was nice and large with a sofa and 2 chairs.
Staff at front desk are nice, but at breakfast were quite distant and unfriendly.
Food choice at breakfast was ok to good. Quality also same level.
The location is good around the corner of Plaça Catalunya. Easy to reach.
Overall, an average to good experience in my opinion and compared to similar hotel category and prices. Even as a member of H10 club

This is a lovely hotel & very central. 5 minute walk to Catalyuna Square, the shops & lots of attractions including the cathedral. The hotel is located in old building with fantastic decor & architecture. We had room with balcony that overlooked hotel garden & neighbouring rooftops. Clean & comfortable the hotel has bar, restaurant, free wifi & lovely seating areas to relax & a small pool on the rooftop (& free sweets left around the hotel 😀). Room is quite big with minibar, room service available & bathrobes & slippers. Balcony was big & has heated blanket & comfy garden sofa & chairs. Only issue was the housekeeping a bit "flaky" at times ... didn't replace toilet roll, left their name badge in the room, no hand towel left one day. Overall a great hotel reception staff in particular very helpful. Would recommend.

Stayed at the H10 Urquinaona in Barcelona for a romantic getaway end of July/early August 2014 and they definitely did not disappoint! Everywhere we turned there was a member of staff eager and keen to assist in a discreet manner, the room was amazing, the balcony awesome, the cleanliness, atmosphere, breakfast, ambience - everything was perfect! Room was soundproofed no noise from outside, the courtyard was amazing, having that extra facility in a city centre hotel was a delight. Rooftop pool and bar added that extra special touch. Location - again perfect, a short stroll from La Ramblas & Gothic Quarter,, 20 min meander to the beach - in fact all of Barcelona's tourist attractions were within easy reach. The question would I go there again - absolutely - would i recommend this hotel - without a doubt!

Stayed in the hotel from 26th-31st July 2017. Fantastic hotel-clean, fresh with superb staff. Welcomed with a glass of cava on arrival. Waited 10 mins for the room to be ready. Retrieved our bags and greeted with another glass of cava. The room was beautiful: we stayed in a junior suite (605) with a hot tub. The balcony had 2 sun loungers and was very peaceful. The water was slightly too warm so that evening someone came up to rectify this. Too much water was then splashing over the top-straight away they sorted this out. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was excellent with plenty to eat covering all nationalities and menus. The roof top bar was a relaxing place to have a drink and sunbathe during the day. The bar prices for a centrally located hotel were competitive and not at all overpriced. The staff throughout the whole hotel were helpful and as said before nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend this hotel enough-would definitely stay again.

Regarding your request, I would like to inform you that we have different kinds of rooms.
The rooms with balcony or view, are the ones we called Urquinaona Room or Room with city view.
Then, we have another room type that is called Superior rooms with terrace (with sofa and 2 chairs).
