Mark was an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable about the city and an expert instructor for 4 novices on Segways. Would definitely recommend to anyone with teenagers in their group!

Segway is great fun. Our guide Rob taught everyone how to be confident in about 15 minutes, then we were off. Rob was an excellent tour guide - knowledgeable and fun. You cover a lot of ground on this tour - physically and historically. You visit ancient and modern sites including the key Nazi points. Rob doesn't get too heavy but tells the stories well. He encourages questions and takes photos for you - which is unusual. An addition bonus is that Fat Tire will give you big discount on subsequent bike rentals. We went back the next day and hired bikes for 5 Euros each for a whole day! This allowed us to head east to the English garden then West to the Nympenberg Palace.

Excellent Segway tour filled with history at each site plus additional photos that our guide had from years ago. So much fun and so informative. Highly recommend!!

This was a fantastic tour! We were with our teenagers and they really enjoyed. Rob G. is a great guide, really funny and awesome history teller. I was afraid that I couldn’t learn how to ride, but teacher Rob G. is very skilled. I strongly recommend this tour!

Loved touring around town in a Segway. I had never driven one and was concerned about falling and safety. But our guide, Marcus, was excellent at ensuring we all knew how to use the very cool little machine. I had no idea Segways were so much fun to use. Makes me want to buy one!

Mark was a great guide, full of knowledge and easy to listen to. Clear passion about city and Bavaria area. Travelled around a wide area of city and saw lots of main sights. Would highly recommend.

I did a Segway tour with my two teenage kids while my husband did the bike tour with our younger child. All of us thoroughly enjoyed the tour and the tour guides. Our Segway tour was booked because the bike tour was full but we had so much fun learning how to ride these vehicles. I was a bit nervous but we were well-trained and our guide made sure we all felt very comfortable before leaving. Our tour guide was Mark and he was incredible. He had such a fun and informative manner when presenting all the information about Munich. It was as if he was presenting it for the first time. My teenagers were fully engaged the whole time. I would recommend this company and this tour to anyone.

We are a group of three 60+ ladies. One our group was extremely nervous about falls but Karl our tour guide reassured her and she did very well throughout! The tour itself was excellent. It was a great way to view the city and we had frequent stops with a great narrative throughout. What was exceptional was the last bit through the park! Well worth doing this even if you feel you may not stay on!!

Mark, our guide was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. The introduction into Segway and safety information was first class. The tour was around 3 - 4 hours and took in many historical sights around town. His knowledge was excellent and gave us a good insight into Munichs history

This was awesome! We had a small group of 3 people with our fabulous guide Mark. After a short practice we had the basics and off we went… Mark expertly guided us around central Munich and shared great historical and cultural info in an interesting way… the riding was fun and we covered way more ground than we would have on foot. Some great tips for places to go back to eg best ice cream shop … had a fantastic time. Highly recommend .

What an INCREDIBLE journey Michelle took us on in our Munich guided walking tour on 12/20. It was so marvelous I’m writing it on the same day. Michelle made Munich come alive with her interactive tour. My partner and I are forever grateful for her, she has truly painted Munich and engraved it in my heart and mind forever. We did the Fat Tire Oktoberfest tour to learn the lay of the land on our first visit to the famous Munich celebrations. We are SO happy we got this amazing introduction by local guide and all-around awesome guy Basti! We had so much fun with Basti and our tour group from all over the world. It was half information session and half PARTY!!! We learned all the do’s and don’ts, the best rides, food, what the locals love, etc, etc. This is 100% the best way to visit Oktoberfest for the first time. We came back the next day and felt like old pros! Basti and the rest of the team…. You guys are the BEST! Oktoberfest is ALL it’s cracked up to be! It’s 100% worth traveling across an Ocean for this much fun!
