Just wanted to share that our two week stay at H10 Ocean Coral and Turquesa was absolutely wonderful. If given the opportunity, we highly encourage you to try it out -- you won't be disappointed. The resort is laid out very nicely, very user friendly, with a beautiful beach running the entire length of the property. Mornings on the beach, afternoons by the Privilege pool with fantastic beverage service provided by Ricardo. Whether breakfast, lunch or dinner, Aldo, Edgar, Angel, Javier, Jesus, Tania, under the leadership of Gallegos were always friendly and eager to please in the Privilege Lounge. Many tasty offerings were provided by Chef Lorenza and Chef Roberto, while enjoying an amazing view of the ocean. Another one of our favorites was the Blue Moon. A romantic setting, great food and of course excellent service offered by Angel, the Captain, and his staff Jose, Henry, Jorge, and Carolina, just to name a few. Of course we cannot forget Chef Benjamin who personally presented to us a tasty flaming masterpiece. We surely want to thank Miguel, Ingrid, Kathleen, and Antonio for taking special care of us. The location of our room was fantastic. Also their ability to take care of personal requests with added personal touches is truly appreciated. During our stay we met people from many different places and made many special friends. We truly hope that our paths cross again when we return to Paradise, as we know we will.

This was our 2nd trip to this resort in the past year, and the experience was not as good. The facility was still fine but the quality is going down hill. Pool area was barely cleaned up each day of debris, our room wasn't even cleaned by 4 PM. It took 20 minutes for me to reach anyone at the service desk to at least ask for clean towels, and then it took another 20 minutes for someone to show up with the towels. Communication about what restaurants would be open each night was terrible. Every person I asked had a different answer so it was basically a guessing game each night as to what food we might get. Even the buffet was closed one night!. Then, the weekend the resort had a "Community Discount" and dozens of locals cam in and crowded around the pool bar making it nearly impossible to get a drink (and no social distancing at all). We will never return to this resort after our experince.

Due to the pandemic, we knew that some of the amenities and restaurants would not be available. The food selection from some of the restaurants was "ok" and some were great. The resort staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing. When we arrived, Luis (bellman) was great and escorted us to our room and coordinated having our luggage brought to our rooms.
Our rooms were great! The housekeeping safe did a great job ensuring that our rooms were cleaned upon arrival and during our entire stay. The beds were comfortable and the ocean view was amazing. The complimentary bottled waters placed in our rooms were great for us, as it was hot! And having a refrigerator in the room was truly helpful. The jacuzzi on the balcony was outdated and not as clean as it could have been, so I did not use it. The one at the other room where my sons were was newer and awesome.
The resort staff was constantly spraying and cleaning down common areas. Every restaurant required face masks to enter and when moving about the restaurant. The buffets required each guests where plastic gloves (provided upon entering) while at the food areas. Surprised that no temps were taken enter the restaurants.
Antonio (Villa Marina restaurant) provided amazing service during our times at the buffet. The Italian restaurant was amazing and we truly appreciated the awesome service provided by Roberto, Franciso and Chef Alfredo. We were celebrating my son's 20th birthday and they ensured he had a wonderful experience. The same goes for our chef, Chef Nepo and server Gabriel at Sensai. Sensai was one of the highlights of our trip. Chef Nepo was the best I had ever seen at a teppanyaki grill, as he gave an experience like no other. He engaged the patrons and we all enjoyed every moment of dinner. Gabriel was pleasant and ensured we had everything we needed.
My favorite bartender was Diego, who we met on day 1 at the swim-up bar. He, Angel and Juan took great care of us. They were super fun and made each drink amazing.
Some of the management staff were not as pleasant as we would have hoped. There were a few issues during our stay which could have mitigated or handled differently. The excursions were great. The resort has an excursion team onsite which helped coordinate a last minute snorkeling trip. Frank and Orlando of DiveIn were awesome and our tour guide Monty, she was phenomenal! If you book a trip, as for her!

I just returned from a 5 day, 4 night stay at this resort celebrating my best friend’s birthday and we both thoroughly enjoyed our trip! The food was great, the activities and entertainment options were so much fun, and the resort and our rooms were absolutely beautiful! The staff at the resort was extremely nice and friendly and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Two stand out staff members for us were Eduardo (lobby bar) and Freddy (restaurant server). Both Eduardo and Freddy were very nice, friendly, attentive, extremely accommodating during our entire stay. They remembered what we liked and made menu and drink suggestions to us daily. They answered any questions we had and always made sure we enjoyed our time there. The only problem we had was that the cleaning staff would take all of our used wash cloths each day and would not replace them with new ones. So we would return to our rooms to get ready for dinner after being out and about all day and would not have any wash cloths in our rooms. This happened for the first three days. We called down to guest services and the front desk for replacements and it would take several calls and hours of waiting to receive any wash cloths. On one night I really needed to shower and had to go to the front desk twice after not receiving any services when I called. We complained to the front desk and guest services about this. This seemed really strange to us but it was a recurring issue. Other than that issue, everything else was perfect! We will be returning to this resort for a visit very soon!

We enjoyed excellent food and service this evening as we dined at the Villa Marina by the pool and beachside. The location was lovely and Ricardo provided exceptional attention and his opinions about the food on the menu. Very professional and personable.
From the moment we arrived at the door we were promptly greeted by Zuriel the manager and Mariana the hostess. The restaurant was booked but we asked if we could wait for 5 minutes to see if a table became available. I was offered a nice glass of wine served on a tray and within 5 minutes we were seated. We enjoyed the short ribs and the sword fish. Wonderful flavours. This was a great experience because of the staff-thank you!

The trip was perfect!!! This was our fourth time to visit this resort with people ranging from a high school graduation trip to my family to our couples trips we have taken there this was our anniversary trip. They have completed construction on the daisy club indy Edith works in it she took care of our five year old niece on the last trip (it's great to see familiar faces) but she is just awesome with the kids we got the privilege of seeing her work again this time and she is so very sweet to the children she takes care of and they have fun with her so if you have little ones you can stay close to the daisy club and slides or you can relax and play in the other three pools. The next pool over is a family "chill" pool it's a little deeper pool with other activities for older children volleyball net bubble chairs for relaxing an ice cream shop right beside the pool. Speaking of older kids the have a teen club with playstation,board games,pool table and a foosball table. The room also contains a separate room with a real drum set,guitar,keyboard and mic in the same building there is a brand new bowling alley with four lanes very nice a lot of fun. Ok now for my favorite pool the party pool it's pretty chill in the morning nice music with a mimosa and the the entertainment team comes out an does morning stretching,water aerobics and has a lazy game in the morning time around noon they come back out and give you little piece of the live entertainment for the night and the guys work hard they are out by the pool plus doing four different shows a week they are all over the place (please dont forget to tip the entertainment team) and for their hard work an efforts and making my week as fun as possible I would like to give a shout out to them (roy,edwin,andrea,raji,jorge,ileana,karla,adrian,eric,Diego,tona and vianney) best entertainment team down here and it's only as fun as you make it you sit there your probably not going to have fun join in yell scream hell you will never see these people again. They have some cool things they do at the pool from the foam party to games we play on the side of the pool to giant blow up slides and last but not least it has the swim up bar in it so it's a pretty pool. The last pool is for adults only you do not have to be privileged to enter this area just an adult. It's very quiet relaxed there were several people reading books others enjoying the pool it also has bubbling seat and a nice creperie beside it. The food is excellent they have everything from hibachi ask for nepo he is a great chef. The outdoor Italian was very romantic with the food being prepared in front of you and excellent. There are different things to eat though out the day from the buffet to the new sandwich shack right beside the party pool in conclusion cause I could go whether your young,old,family,couple or just looking to party this place has it all thanks again for the amazing week and I cant wait to come back for a fifth time 💕

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to take the time to write one for this lovely resort! My stay was shorter than most (5days) but very much worth it, and I would definitely be returning. Being that my arrival was during the pandemic, I was pleasantly surprised with how the staff handled daily tasks (all staff personel always wore masks, rooms and restaurants very clean, utensils individually packed in plastic) and the food was great. A special shoutout to Zuriel, manager at Ritratto d'Italia (pictured here) and staff members Angel and Gustavo for their exceptional service, and for taking their time to make us feel special :)
Also great service from Julio Alberto Madrid, for his attention, tending to our needs at the restaurant, and his amazing energy. Guys, if you are wondering whether to stay here or not....book the stay!

This was my hubby and I’s third trip to this hotel. On our second visit we bought a premium membership and on this trip we brought our three kids (ages 12, 14 & 16).
The hotel is beautiful, clean and well laid out with well maintained pools and the beach right outside your room; there’s tons to do for everyone. The food is excellent from the buffet to the little coffee & pastry shop. However, it’s the people at this hotel that make it our favorite place to visit year after year. Everyone is so extremely friendly and happy including the guests. Our kids ran around all over the resort every day and we never worried a moment about them; the staff knew them by name after the first day and it was all high-fives and fist bumps!
Erik, Diego, Adrian & Tona are the resort’s entertainment staff and they were honestly our favorite part of our time at the resort. They’re outstandingly positive and energetic, and they do an excellent job of making sure everyone stays entertained all over the resort all day and night. Our favorite times with them were every day at the Chill Out Pool, and nights at the dance parties by the pool bar! You guys made our family trip the most amazing it could be and we all miss you!
Angel was our bartender at the swim up bar and he provided the most attentive and kind service we could ask for! He knew all of our drink orders and the kids’ favorite smoothies, his face always lit up with a smile as soon as we swam up to his bar. Absolutely excellent!!
Daniel was our server at the Blue Moon (fabulous French cuisine); he was professional, polite, charming, very pleasant and extremely attentive! He was our favorite server at our favorite restaurant during our stay!
With our membership comes a butler service, which was fantastic! Enrique, our personal butler, was positively flawless at his job and saw to our every request (even when we didn’t realize he was on his day off)! Also on the Privilege side is the Privilege Lounge and our server every day was Jesus, he was so attentive and extremely professional. Antonio, our host at the Lounge, was extremely good at his job and saw to it that our reservation was sorted out with no waiting after a small mixup in numbers!
Obviously, we will be back! ;0)

This resort was beautifully!! The food was amazing!! The safe was amazing!! The only reason why i didn't give it 5 stars was because. The bathroom and water in our room as well as the corridor we were staying in had a nasty smell that made me sick to the stomach. We didn't complained abut this because we hardly spent time in our room. And i thought that maybe this was something that happens. After speaking with my family returning home i was told that their water smelled just fine. So in fact there was a water problem in that part of the resort. The other reason is because the only food that is available after hour are was fried! Some other late night options would be nice. Especially since the food was so amazing!! But the high light of my trip was a bar waiter named EDUARDO!!! HE WAS AMAZING OUTSTANDING!! His customer service was a 10! And so was his personality!!! All and all I had a wonderful time!!! Yes i would come back to visit again.

After my amazing first trip to Ocean coral and Turquesas priveledge stay in January.and surviving 8 long months of covid quarantine and solitude I decided to spend 7 days in a Priviledged master suite which was at a special savings of 25 percent off.
This stay was a far cry from my january stay. The greeting from Ramon at the priveledged lobby was underwhelming at best.. I thought okay maybe he was having a bad day.when upon checking in instead of the rate I was booked in at, He presented me with the undiscounted total. Saying that I needed to pay for and the next day that would credit the difference.. The next day came without resolution as did the following 3 days. Please remember this was supposed to be a Privelged guest stay but I didnt feel appreciated for my patronage. The only one of fantastic restaurants was open each night other than route 66 the stage shows were non existent The alcohol inventory at all stations was severely lacking with only a basic stock on hand
When on Tuesday I had to relocate due to hurricane zeta.after waiting 3 hours after being told I had 15 min to repack my bags and place them in the bathroom Ramon gave me a key card to the daisy area of the hotel. Please remember hotel occupancy is only at 30 percent occupancy sent me with key card in hand to a room as far from the priveledged adult area as possible. The key card opened not only an occupied family room but one that opened to a n open bathroom door with children in the tub.
After closing the the door then knocking to speak to and apologize to the surprised father I returned to the lobby. I asked Ramon to get his manager.. That manager who refused to talked to me or even give me his name until calmed down ...
This hotel which I was so happy with and was so eager to visit
is sorely lacking
It took 4 days to finally get the adjustment of my bill. Thanks to (Dalia) I think is her name the priveledge staff manager
Jose Luis and the staff at the poolside staff at crepe and sandwich area was one of the brighter memories for this trip.
Robert(flex) and the divemasters and crew at Dive it the dive shop and water activies center. Truly made this a memorable trip they went out of their way to make a former scuba instructor feel at home.. Lalo and Monse even making a ceviche on the day I left.
If not for the many friendly staff members who took the time to compensate for the lacking of others it would have been a complete bust. Thank you all.. I hope you can return to the quality and professional entertainmen resort atmosphere I experienced in January.. I would like to come back when you do.. Kurt

If it is available then yes. Price depends on availability. Enjoy this marvelous property.
