- Alexis F2 contributionsOverall my experience was amazing. Matt, our tour guide, kept things moving and kept us entertained with high spirits. Each experience was fun and the jungle is a beautiful sight. However, my only complaint is that our photographer, Christian, was rude to my family. While in the cenote, his job was to capture pictures of people or families in the water. We called his name loudly three separate times wanting a family photo. He blatantly ignored us, then took off his shirt and jumped into the water. He focused the majority of his attention on one group of girls. They treat you so nice and friendly most definitely if you’re thinking to do this. You definitely should do this. make sure you save over anything. It was also very great and amazing. They don’t pressure you to buy anything, but I do command to buy the photos. (Prepared to get a bit dirty, but it's definitely worth it!!) Zipline through the tree tops— check! Cenote swimming — check! We changed to an upgrade and it was awesome. Guides were very respectful and fun like Mr. Flash. The only thing I hated was that the young girl at the desk who was selling us the upgrade, offered us Mimosa. My family and I are not drinkers, we are against any alcoholic beverage and we don't know about liquor. I asked her if the drink had any alcohol and she said "no alcohol*. When we asked the employee who was serving she said that the Mimosa was an alcoholic beverage. - tanner b7 contributionsThe most amazing boat experience I could ever imagine! The crew is absolutely fantastic and we were treated like kings and queens of our own boat. It was a very small group and my entire family spent the majority of the ride on top of the boat, enjoying breathtaking views throughout. The crew was charming and hilarious and never let our drinks run dry. Please be sure to read the fine print about convenience fees (5%) when paying with credit/debit card & know that there’s a $30 US/per person conservation fee, $6 locker charge, $7 insurance that is not mentioned when booking … But don’t say I didn’t tell you

He was very informative and creative with explaining all activities even broke the fear of zip lining for us. He was totally a package part of our tour. Him and his crew was a delight from the ride to the Cenotes music was on point.
