This was a very nice hotel for my family of 4! The room was very spacious. We paid for a river view room however we ended up have the view of a house next door to the hotel, everything else made this easy to get over! The breakfast from the restaurant was very tasteful and the employees were very kind to my children, husband, and myself. The pool area was so nice and very hard to leave! Close enough to the park and other things as well. The only things that I did not enjoy were the housekeepers sitting on the floor in the hallways on their phone and remembering to ask for the room to be serviced 24hrs in advance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Wanted to take my wife away for the weekend. Loved this hotel, the view of the river, and proximity to the falls. We walked out the back of the hotel, down a path directly to the falls. Views were great (any time of year). We also had an easy walk to the casino (2 blocks a way). Staff was very friendly and attentive. Tip- the breakfast buffet includes eggs to order- I had an omelette to go with all of the great things on the buffet.

Check in was quick; room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Had a problem with the door lock, and Maintenance quickly came and replaced the battery in it. Complimentary cookies offered at front desk were warm and delicious!!

This was hands down the best front desk I could ask for. Every single person was fantastic and helped make my 6 year olds birthday special. He was greeted by name every time one of them saw him and were so accommodating I couldn’t have been happier. I gave them a small gift to greet him with and they went over the top getting one for him their selves! Also went over the top to make our rooms the ones we were looking for even when they were not yet available, they took care of it. I don’t always take the time to do a review, this one couldn’t be more deserving.

From check-in to check-out all the current Covid precautions were followed by staff and all the other visitors especially in the dining area.
The staff was polite and all staff went 'above and beyond.'
The room was spotless and large.

Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel. It is in a good location, just a few blocks from Niagara Falls State Park.
The hotel rates are expensive, even towards the end of September and beginning of October. The hotel was fully booked.
The hotel doesn't have laundry services for guests. According to the front desk staff, guests would need to walk down the street to the Holiday Inn and use their laundry facilities.
There is no complimentary breakfast at this hotel, nor is it free parking. It felt like they charged for everything just for being at a destination and in a good location.
What was also beyond understanding was the 7% mandatory development, destination marketing fee all of the hotels on the New York side have.

Regarding the rooms; The 1-bedroom suite was okay. It met our requirements. However, it felt stuffy and dark. There is not enough light in the room. Also, there was a wet bar in the room with a microwave and coffee machine, and a refrigerator, but no light above the sink or counter to help see.

Overall, it was just an okay stay. The Hyatt Place is a much better hotel.

Stayed there nights paying an exorbitant amount per night. Housekeeping never entered the room to take out trash and recyclables, replace used toiletries, make the beds or vacuum the room. When asked they used Covid-19 as an excuse which has nothing to do with hygiene in the room. Would not recommend this place at all and there are plenty other hotels in that area.

Dear Guest, We have signage in elevators. at front desk. and in your guest room that we only service rooms when guests request service. We don't automatically go into your guestroom, it's based-on request only. We advise guests to simply call guest services to ask for service, and we will go into your room. We also advise guests at check in verbally if they want to schedule services, and according to your reservation you did not request or schedule. We apologize if you had any miscommunication when it comes to housekeeping services.

As a timeshare and gold member of Hilton, we were really disappointed in this property. Air conditioning unit did not sink up to the room thermostat and did not keep the room at an even temperature. We woke up in the middle of the night to a stuffy and hot room. The elevator did not work. I actually had to go mention it to the front desk even though there was a long line at the elevator. Maintenance took my family up the service elevators. Upon arrival, we weren't given our waters as gold members and when asked the front desk. They said forgot and actually didn't even have any. The restaurant in the hotel was awful. $50 steak not cooked well. But since we waited so long for our food and service, we didn't dare return it otherwise it would have taken another hour. We tried the restaurant again for breakfast, and waited 2hrs for our food. We asked to speak to management. A manager came to speak to us, noted our concerns and then went to speak to the staff. She never returned and she caught us on our way out of the restaurant. Our breakfast was free but we won't be back to this property.

I stayed here as part of a mini road trip to Canada and found it to be a very pleasant stop on our journey. The staff was welcoming and friendly and were quick to resolve any minor issues we had.

Our room was clean and tidy, although I will say it was a little on the loud side if you're a light sleeper. It was just standard heating and plumbing noises though, nothing serious. We booked a room with a balcony view of the water, which provided a nice opportunity to take in some fresh air, albeit frigid.

The breakfast was pretty standard for a Double Tree and we enjoyed the views from the dinning room. Again, the staff was pleasant and the service was prompt.

Overall, we had no complaints from our stay. The prices seemed fair and the hotel provided what we were looking for.

We wanted to see Niagara Falls and this hotel is close to the falls so my husband and I booked a room. 4pm is the check in time. We checked in 5mins early and the front desk girl said our room is not yet ready and it will be ready after an hour and that they will call us if its ready. We are that time a little disappointed but it was okay. So we decided to go to their restaurant. We had drinks and appetizers. 1hour and 20mins has passed we are still waiting so I decided to go to front desk. The girl who talked to us wasn't there so the other girl assisted us. I think her name was Amanda. It has been ready but no one called us to let us know. She wasn’t polite and looks like she didn’t know what she’s doing. Didn’t mention about breakfast or where is the pool. We booked a room with balcony and river view and it was beautiful and room was spacious.
And here comes dinner time, they had limited menu. Didn't know if they have specials because our server didn’t mention it but we heard the other server saying the specials to her table. So I ended up having the Salmon and my husband had the ribeye both foods are just okay. However, their drinks are delicious!!
The next day I went down to front desk to ask about breakfast and Casey, the front desk agent was helpful and polite. Our food again was just okay. It wasn’t busy but Our server took forever to get our drinks. We ended checking out early.
